Motorcycle Tail Brake Stop License Plate Light LED Integrated Taillight Brake Light Red & White

Biggest complaint is that the light intensity difference between tail/running light and brake/stop light isn't very much. Brake/stop light needs to be more intense (brighter), particularly during the day so that people will notice the brakes have been applied. Also, came with no wiring instructions. Trial and error found: Black to Ground; Blue to Tail/running light; Red to Brake/Stop light. Also had to drill holes to fit Colorado Motorcycle License plate, which I think is a pretty standard size in the U.S. Unit seems adequately built. Disappointed. Probably going to replace with something different.

There are a lot of cheap LED lights out there. Try a different one. The good news: there is a discernible difference between the brake and tail light functions. The rest: There are two bolts to mount it - the light will vibrate back and forth on the axis between these bolts and shake itself to pieces (ran that experiment). There's room for a third hole if you want to do that yourself. The light housing is held to the bracket by two small studs. The washers under the supplied double nuts have too large a hole and come pre-rusted. The light housing is held together by two small screws. These were installed crooked and destroyed the standoffs they went into. The two parts of the housing are not weather sealed in any way (combine that with the stripped screws). Yes, the license plate bracket is sized for plates other than US standard - you will need to drill holes. This can mostly be corrected, but you'll still have a cheap light you can't trust. I made it work because the bike absolutely had to be together and I couldn't wait another week for TASWKDirect to make their "one day service" shipment.

Good idea and design, poor construction/materials.. It's a shame such cheap materials have to be used on these products making the construction process a waste of time. Pros: bracket is fairly sturdy and well made. Cons: Extremely poor quality plastic material. It wasn't fitting together properly, so I unscrewed the lens. The mounting holes for both screws disintegrated, I had to glue it back together... I do not have a positive feeling about it's longevity, I'm fairly sure it will not last. will probably melt as soon as the sun hits it. I would avoid this one.

Very small but looks cool. It's probably not really DOT approved but it does say DOT on the lense.

Lights up bright with 12v. Will light up on 6v but not great. Adds a cool aftermarket look to my bike. Did have to re-drill holes for OK license plate.

Holes don't line up with California motorcycle plates; need to drill outside closer to edge

Installed on a Independence Hardtail Express - Perfect for replacing the license frame light combination . Not sure what theoriginal type was - Arlen Ness I think . But this was easy to modify and hook up as a replacement .Blue wire is tail light , red is brake light and Black ground - pretty simple .Light looks great on the back of a bike !

This is my second cafe racer build I’m using this tail / brake light. It’s very bright and lasts. Great value.

ナンバーブラケットまで付いてこの価格なのでコスパは最高です。防水性は全くありませんので合わせ面配線穴にコーキング処理しました。シングルシートに埋込ましたがいい大きさで満足です。壊れたらまた買います。

I'm in Ontario, Canada. This plate holder needed modification in order to fit an Ontario motorcycle plate. Otherwise, I am happy with the purchase. I waterproofed it internally with some silicone caulking because I was concerned that it might leak some water in.

バイクのテールランプが少し下の方なので、キャリアにハイマウントストップランプ の様に取り付けた。取り付け金具をちょっと改造。ランプを分解し、内側にアルミ箔を両面テープで貼り付けて、光量を少し上げた。テールランプ用の配線はいらないのでカット。知り合いに後ろから見てもらうと、光量がアップして視認性が良いとのこと。ランプ本体の配線の出口は、防水が脆弱なのでホットボンドで補強。
