Looks brilliant!
Lovely looking stair gate, better than the bog standard white ones. Good quality product too, not too flimsy.

This is not wood, doesn’t look like in the picture
The pictures provided are misleading, the gate doesn’t look the same. It is not wood!I initiated a return as I’m not happy with the quality. I’m waiting for three days now for the courier to collect the item. Every day Amazon shows unsuccessful collection but no once even showed up to collect.

This does not look like a wooden gate. It is plastic.
I had a really nice wooden gate from Safety 1st and was looking to replace it with a new one. Sadly, this is not the same at all, it is much chunkier and doesn’t look like wood at all, it looks like it is made of plastic. I’m not sure what wood it is, but not one I have seen before! It doesn’t suit our house and isn’t as described, so unfortunately I will be sending it back.

Works but does not look like picture
Product states it is “wooden”. Does not match the picture as advertised or the picture on the box. Gate works fine but is slightly flimsy.

This is not made of wood.
Says this is a wooden gate in the description and on the box however, this is not wooden and does not look like the images. It is a mushroom coloured plastic like material. Awful.

Inaccurate portrayal of colour
This is portrayed as being real wood but it’sa painted surface. Not natal looking at all and that’s why we bought it. Only kept it because we needed it immediately. Annoying to set up as need to put adhesive on the walls. Not worth the price
