Interesting to read and makes a fun game for the family to play.
My family and I have already played a trivia game using the first several chapters of this book. The book is divided into two categories of questions. The first half of the book is easy questions and the second-half are somewhat more difficult. Both times we played the game we enjoyed it. My only suggestion would be if there were scripture references of where the answers came from in case someone wanted to look it up in the Bible.

Making Bible stories fun and accessible
The only argument I ever found to attend Bible class, briefly in grade school and briefly once more in high school, was because it was important to know the stories. If you live in the Western world, they are everywhere. I read the Bible on my own because it gave me the opportunity to reflect. I also started as early as possible to read my New Testament in Greek and later my Old Testament in Hebrew. All of which is to say that the first trivia item in this book did not make senwe to me - that the Bible contains 3,566,480 letters. I assume they are talking about the KJV. But obviously the translations will be different from the original, and even there, there are different editions. So that first comment was confusing to me.But, if you have ever studied the Bible and you are getting rusty, this book can be helpful as a practice tool. It is split into an OT, NT and "Extra-Biblical" section. I knew the answer to at least one question: "Which saint is believed to have introduced Christianity in India?' Saint Thomas, of course. I knew, for I wrote a book about his gospel. But there you go, there are very few questions, if any about the so-called apocryphal books. But there is a very interesting question about Thomas Jefferson and the fact that he did not believe Jesus was the son of God. That goes pretty far to understanding that the founding fathers were largely not "Chrisitian" as the term is understood traditionally by the Nicene Creed. Unbelievably there is no question about the Nicene creed. On the other hand there is a question about Bob Marley. In other words, this book can be fun for the right person, but I would have preferred the apocryphal literature and a bit more of church history to be covered in the section of "Extra Biblical" questions. There is a wealth of material that could be covered. One way or another, for many people, almost regardless of age, this could be a fun way of refreshing your knowledge of the Biblical stories.

Loved it.
Fun. Not too easy and not too hard for those with some Bible knowledge. Quizzed my mom on a trip we took together.

Family Fun
This book of Bible trivia can be a great addition to your family night fun. The short, focused quizzes can be handed out as a package or parceled out one question at a time to test and encourage greater familiarity with the Bible in a fun way. I recommend it for families, Sunday School classes, and all other religious instruction.
