It's a worthless book.
Please don't waste your money on this Air Fryer Cookbook. The first dozen recipes I looked up contained numerous errors, mostly due to "translation", even the title of recipes are incorrect, for instance; a potato dish is listed as a Garlic and Bacon Platter making it impossible to find if you're looking through the index for a potato dish (or the main ingredient). The errors were so numerous that I looked up where it was published to see if it was published in China or India with bad translation but it doesn't say. The book does have a disclaimer: That no one should expect guarantees that any recipe, tips, suggestions, ideas, or strategies will become successful. This book is to educate and entertain.Well, it is entertaining. I don't think I'll be wasting any ingredients trying something like "Special Cackling Pork Belly"or the "Beef Stroganoff" with one pound of Thin Steak, I've never heard of a cut of meat called "Thin", have you?

Move on
So the book starts off with a disclaimer: “The author nor publisher does not guarantee that the tips, tricks, suggestions, ideas or strategies will become successful.” So wait u published a cook book with recipes that you dont even know taste good or not? Because if it was good then why wouldnt the recipe b successful? Oh wait page 98 (Italian chicken parmesan with arugula) this recipe has as part of the directions “combine flour, paprika two other herbs and ground turkey” which none of those are even listed as any ingredients even in the dish, plus it never even tells u what to do with the mixture! Bottom line Move On maybe go look in person thats what i decided unless u can get a sneak peak at the book. i get mistakes are made but come on ive had it 1day n found that you dont know if the recipe provided is good or bad, nor do your directions assist with making a complete dish.

Zero pictures
No pics. I don’t understand having a cookbook without pictures so people can get an idea of what they are making. It also has the feel of a fund raiser cookbook instead of a true publication. Just looks like someone put it together at home and then had it bounded. Yeah, lots of recipes but I wouldn’t bother.

Not what you are expecting.
Where to begin... The cover, half of what is on the cover is not actually in the cook book, so that is misleading. The recipes are not remotely in any logical order much less alphabetical.. Page 29 under breakfast (Grilled Apple and Brie Sandwich, Homemade Crispy Crouton, Mac and Cheese. Many is the time people cook croutons , mac and cheese with their Grilled Apple and Brie Sandwich.... Do not expect to see any pictures of the dishes. There are 600 recipes crammed on 173 pages. the author says "Get it now and do yourself a big favor! Get the best air fryer recipes and you will love it" No you won't you will hate it. I guess with the pandemic going on you can use the pages for toilet paper unless your wife did what mine did and threw it in the trash after ten minutes. I can say in 50 years I have never been as disappointed in any book as this. Let's not even get started with it delivered folded in half and stuck in a mailbox. The author should never be let near another cookbook.

Looks yummy but needed editing
Looks like some really yummy recipes! However it needed an editor badly. In the first 5 minutes I have found many wording errors. Sounds silly but it’s difficult to read when you get distracted by them. It also can be confusing when your in the middle of cooking and read something confusing.

Worst Cookbook I Have Ever Purchased - from an experienced cook
This is undoubtedly the worst cookbook I have ever purchased. I almost never write a negative review, but I am shocked at the good ratings for this book. It is incredibly disorganized to the point of making it nearly impossible to find any recipe unless you want to read through the entire list. There is no logically-organized index. Too add to this fun, dishes like a chicken and vegetable stir fry appear in the Breakfast Foods section; or a turkey burger under the Snacks & Sides chapter. As another example, a recipe on page 162 is titled 'Surprising Quinoa Eggplant Rolls.' Surprising? Yes! Because there is no quinoa mentioned in the ingredient list or the instructions. Then on the very next page 163, we have 'Mozzarella Cabbage with Blue Cheese'. Sounded somewhat intriguing...until you see there is no mozzarella anywhere in the recipe. The book is riddled with errors. But, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried several recipes. 2 were absolute fails and 1 was edible but not worth making again. I am a very experienced cook and this book isn't even getting donated...it's going straight in the trash bin.

Perfect for anyone!
I’m such a sucker for massive cookbooks I can open up on my tablet. It makes cooking so much easier. And so does this cookbook. There are a ton of wonderful recipes in here that are clear, easy-to-follow, and delicious. My favorite is the orange-flavored cupcakes, though a lot of the breakfast recipes are giving it a run for that title. It’s so easy to put something together, stick it in the fryer, and carry on with my morning. There are also a bunch of recipes I know my kids are going to like, so I love that this is so family-friendly. I think that no matter what I want to cook or why, there’s something in here that will satisfy everyone. This is a wonderful book for beginners or folks who feel a little more confident in their skills.

An airfryer's best friend
We got gifted an air fryer for Christmas and really had no idea how to use the thing. I bought this cookbook, and I am so happy I did. My husband loves to try out the new recipes (which have all tasted amazing). This cookbook is well worth the money. Will definitely be gifting this one to anyone I know that gets an air fryer (it is that good).

Don't Waste your money
This is an American cookbook. Nowhere does it tell you this. I bought it for my elderly Dad. Totally useless as weights are different and a lot of the ingredients are not available here. Others are if you can google each unknown ingredient. A real rip off

Disappointed
The front cover is very deceiving. The picture shows foods that aren’t in the book. There are no churros recipes and the doughnuts look nothing like the front cover let alone a shop bought doughnut. Even the chicken wings didn’t look like the photo. The book is meant to be worked alongside any type of air fryer but my machine doesn’t hit the maximum temperature the book requires. Some recipes require the use of a basket which my machine doesn’t have. By following the recipes step by step my food does not look anything like the shown photos. This book is not for the advanced let alone the beginner! BUY WITH CAUTION.

Took most stars because...
After trying to use it for a few weeks now, I find this book useless....There is a table of content, but no alphabetical index. So, if I want some egg recipes, I have to go through the breakfast section, or the main course, or the snacks, or whatever. And, those sections are not in alphabetical order either, but by page number. Very annoying! It would also have been nice to give the size of the air fryer the author uses, so we could adapt those recipes for our own air fryer. Also, except for USA, most of the world uses Celsius. It would have been really easy to include temperature conversion chart, that would have made the book more practical.Air fryers are the rage of the moment and it seems many people feel they can write a recipe book for those, but it's not given to everybody to be able to make a decent one.

American style book
This book does contain a lot of recipes. That's the good news. The soft card cover was bending even as I took it out of it's packaging and the paper inside is an off white. But I was most disappointed that there are no photographs or pictures. It makes for a boring layout which doesn't whet your appetite with visuals but works your imagination hard instead. The text is American, for example a recipe for Classic Zucchini Fries using 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour etc. Or in another, the herb, fresh cilantro (coriander). Also maple syrup is used elsewhere. However, if you can interpret the weights and measures or get hold of some American sized measuring cups, and interpret and get the ingredients, then it is not a bad book, offering lots of recipes with fairly straightforward instructions. The only other annoying thing is that the oven temperatures are all in degrees Fahrenheit, and all of my equipment is in Celsius.

Cheaply made book.
This book looks great on the outside but not so great on the inside. The oages are very thin and there are zero pictures on the inside. Very cheaply made. Was given as a gift and I was a little embarrassed. I can't speak for the content because I didn't try any of the recipes myself.
