Greats seeds plants grew beautifully

Not reaper pepper seeds and didn’t know until plant started to bloom disappointing

I planted them three weeks ago. They are under a grow light in my green house with a heat lamp when we have cool nights. Nothing yet....I received 10 seeds in a very small package.Still hoping they grow but it isn't looking good! Might have been a waste of money and time.

This is the only pepper seed I purchased out of three that did not sprout at all not a single one.

I paid for 10 and got 12 so that is cool but only two germinated maybe other ones will come up but it has been 10 days. Hopefully the two that germinated will kick some butt for me.

I have planted the seeds after I soaked them for twenty four hours prior to doing so and there’s not any signs of anything growing
