Dashcam not good.
The dashcam worked well for a month after purchase. After that the problem of dashcam started. The dashcam app is terrible. Dashcam doesn't turn on quickly in the app. And sometimes the app closes after starting. And it takes a long time to turn back on. It has been updated twice in the last year but there is no improvement. Now the latest update is so terrible that they say to update every hour. I updated 37+ times app update complet it says update again. ddpai dashcam only focuses on dashcam sales rather than giving good service to the custmar. If anyone asks me about dascam, I will say read my review and think 1000 times. If the app is not developed well in the last year, this dashcam will be closed in the future. One ⭐️star only for front camera quality, back camera quality is not good at all. There are many more problems. One would like to say that dashcam is taken for its safety but safety is far away but its problem has always met with anguish. I request ddpai if you want to maintain and increase custmar develop the app well and fix its bugs from time to time. Provide good update.

Product is ok but connectivity issues
Little expensive, front and back camera is satisfactory. Main issue is connecting with phone. It’s taking long time to sync with phone app, not easy menu, difficult to download videos in phone(only clipping can be download). Card videos not able to download in PC. This product will be very good if app or software allow to download all full videos to PC or phone gallery.

Video quality is quite good at 1440p. but little bit hazy in low light conditions.

Dashcam not working after 3 months
After 3 months of occasional usage, the front camera is not working.Camera reporting "Front camera error" and the recording is going blank.There is no authorized service center near our location(West Bengal).So I have to courier the camera to Pune for replacement.The DDPAI, Pune service provider(NEXDIGITRON) was good and they replaced and courier back the camera within a few days.

A good quality dashcam
The media could not be loaded. Picture and video quality is good. Keeps old data saved in memory. Battery is also safe for high temperatures. Highly recommended.

Useless camera due to poor app.
The product is useless as the app for iPhone does does not sense the camera….or if it does, keeping asking for it to be reconfigured. Spent 3 hours including that of a professional dash cam installer. The app needs a serious rewrite.
