VR Face Cover with Soft Leather Pad for Oculus/Meta Quest 2 Accessories, Facial Interface with Cooling Fan to Relieve Lens Fogging and Hot Air White

When the 'facial interface' that came with my Oculus 2 wore out, I tried a number of different solutions. FIrst I tried a silicone cushion cover. That was hot, sweaty and uncomfortable. Then I bought a "cooling' face pad that theoretically was compatible with Oculus 2. It was not. It wouldn't 'snap' onto the Oculus and forced the headset into a position where I couldn't maintain focus without cranking the headstrap uncomfortably tight.While I just got this cover with fan today, it clipped right in and I easily found a comfortable position on my face. The leather covering was much better than the standard neoprene or latex. A quick charge let me use it for an hour, with the fan on intermittent mode. The headset remained comfortable and I never got warm. As advertised, the fan doesn't blow on your eyes and, while it can be heard, the sound is quite low. After a few minutes, I only heard it if I stopped and listened.The only downside is there doesn't seem any obvious way to charge the fan WITH my Oculus. It needs a separate type-C charger. I'll work on that.

I am an E+ high level beat saber player. Lens fogging has been a frustration for years. This product is fantastic. The fan is quiet, but effective. My lenses do not fog anymore. The bit of airflow feels really good inside the headset, too. I don't realize how hot it is without it until I turn it off for a second. The face pad is also very comfortable and doesn't leak any light.At this price it's a no brainer. I am confident you will be happy with this purchase.

So, first things first. The fan is just about worthless. It barely moves any air and you can't really feel it. It does slightly help with glasses steaming up so thats a slight positive. However, I am keeping it because the piece that goes on your face is SO much more comfortable that what's on the original. It balances the weight out well. I also paired it with a comfort strap and battery pack and it makes gaming much more enjoyable. I even bought one for my son as well.So don't buy it because you think the fan will cool you off because it won't, but if you want a more comfortable face piece, take a look at it.

Update after talking with customer service: They reached out to me and told me about my 2 year warranty and they sent me a replacement. In my 15 years with Amazon, I’ve never had a seller reach out to me to help resolve my complaint. I love this product and I love it more that customer service helped me. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️3-month update: Fan no longer works… I will try to reach out to the seller if it’s possible to get a replacement. Really did love this accessory since it kept my face cool and prevented my prescription lens from fogging.Initial 1-week review: I do TotF as my everyday workout, Monday to Friday. Nonstop fighting all the boxers in Easy mode, straight to Normal mode. And what I hated the most was foggy lenses. THIS made me love TotF and my Quest 2 even more. One of the best purchases I made to my headset.

This didn’t last long at all, the small piece that snaps it to the headset snapped. I’ve had 2 different types do this piece and neither had that happen. The other one was upgraded (never broke), the second one snapped a few times but never at that part so it still snapped back in fine after being taped (this lasted almost a year). I don’t think this specific one lasted over a month. 3 stars because the fan was amazing to have and I think it would last longer if you were super delicate with it

Worth buying reason being I noticed on my child while playing virtual game face wod get red using this copied down no sweat no red face worth it

I thought I would not be able to use my VR. The headgear that came with it was giving me a headache and I had trouble wearing my glasses. Problem solved with this product!
