This is such a great and inexpensive way to get rid of unwanted bloating and water retention during your period, or even year around. I began taking birth control pills and noticed my body completely balloon up, especially around my lower belly and waist area, regardless of how much exercise I did (keep in mind I weight lift and do HIIT cardio about 6 times a week, so some actual fat burning exercise). I began to clean up my diet and added a lot more fiber based and vegan based food, but nothing seemed to work, in fact my diet made the water retention even worse. This took a serious toll on my self-esteem. After doing some research and taking these pills with every big meal that I have (breakfast and dinner), I noticed all the water retention go away. These are by no means a fat loss aid, but they do get rid of extra water retention and bloating that make your figure look a lot wider and "chubbier" than what it actually is. I would definitely recommend these pill, especially since they are a lot cheaper than other brands that I have seen on here, and still contain the same ingredients.

I used the entire bottle( even ordered a second bottle thinking I needed more TIME on them to see something) as directed and I noticed NOTHING at all!! I don't take any medications so I know there were no cross interactions from anything else. I am in my 50's and in great health outside of the water retention I struggle with.

I'm someone who retains a lot of water, specifically in my mid section and it sucks. I wanted a diuretic that was natural and wouldn't leave me with cramps or feeling faint like other brands have. Bio sense was perfect for me.It's gently, yet powerful enough to help me shed some extra water weight when I'm feeling puffy or bloated, or want to look my best for date night *wink wink*You will need to drink a lot of water and yes, you will pee...a lot. And when you think you can't possibly have anymore pee left....I promise you, you do. Stay close to a bathroom, but after a couple of days you will look noticeably slimmer but keep in mind it is WATER WEIGHT and usually comes back.Other than that if you need something effective and fast, this is your best bet.I was not offered any money or any crap like that. Just an honest review from a blowfish that needs to depuff. Lol.

I’ve been taking these water pills for at least 2 years and I’ve come to the realization they just don’t work. They don’t work for swelling or water retention. I won’t be purchasing these again. Trying to find more holistic options vs using nasty pharmaceuticals.
