Does this work with the PS4 on the t300rs? Looks like a nice upgrade, but I don't see any PS home button or anything like that

It will work with any of the Thrustmaster wheels that have the ability to swap Rims. I don't know which button is mapped as the PS button but I'm sure it's there. This is an amazing rim. It feels as if it came straight out of a GT car.

Is this wheel a plug and play when added to my TX base or do I have to install drivers for it to work

Yes, The wheel is plug n play with the T-Series Base. You will just need to map buttons.

will this work with tmx

No the rim is the only thing you cant upgrade on the tmx..but the rim it comes with is almost identical to the leather wrap one.
