Kohler K-97626-SHP Choreograph 36" Shower Barre, Bright Polished Silver

This was the only shower bar that did not scream convalescent home and provides an upscale addition to my recent bathroom renovation. I had to purchase a tile bit for my drill to install it, but it is sturdy and practical since it also can be used as a shelf for bottles, etc. A couple of the plastic end caps were damaged, but I used silicone to attach them which probably works better than the little plastic clips anyway. This is an elegant solution in any shower.

I had the contractor install this gorgeous bar in my new shower and I love it!I didn't think I needed a grab bar, but I've already used it, and it's long enough to hold our shower supplies. (I got the 3-foot one.)

Dark bronze looks great. High quality. Very impressive. Easy install.

This is an above average hand rail. So much better looking than the traditional ones. I had a knee replacement and it was perfect to assist me. A bar of soap even stayed on it being flat.

This grab bar looks very nice, but it poorly manufactured and packaged. We ordered a 24" and a 36", returned them both for replacement, and then returned the replacements. The 36" ones were great overall, but the plastic end plugs that cover the hole in stand-off that mounts the bar were all broken. They are packaged in a small box with the very metal stand-offs, and clearly are being crushed in transit with the prongs all broken off. Also the tops of the 2 24" bars were not finished smooth (light burrs and scratches), and the end of one had not been de-burred but left with a sharp edge. Wanted to love it, but poor quality control and bad packaging ruined the product.

This is the best bar for a shower, bathroom or anywhere your need to assist. Doesn’t look institutional. Also can act as small shelf, shampoos, soaps and cleaners.However!!!!. I have installed these units twice in the last year. Seems the chrome covers for the front of the cyclinder holding bar to wall are plastic. Each installation the plastic clips that hold the covers are broken in the box even before opening. Kohler good at replacing at no cost, but frustrating to have to phone each time.Also, there is a nice small “teak” tray that clips to the bar. But at $100.00. Color of the actual bar was not polished( more like brushed stainless) but the mounting posts were.
