These are my go to work shoes. I've been wearing Eastland for 40+ years. My first were a pair of top-siders. They still seem to hold up walking across hot asphalt 3 or 4 times a day and through snow, rain. My only complaint is the prices were reasonable, between this year and last year were, wow. A lot.

I liked the looks of these shoes right out of the box, and they didn't disappoint in the comfort category. I've worn them for 5 hours standing, and they were just fine. I didn't expect to test the leather durability, but my German Shepherd loves to inspect anything new in the house so he stepped on and licked them the 2nd time I wore these; so what, no permanent scuffs or stains, I just brushed them off and they dried to the original color (yay because I don't think you can return them because the dog licked them). I'll definitely buy another pair of Eastland's in the future, overall good quality leather and footbed (support), light and great feel while walking around, and they look nice.

This is a pair of sturdy and well-made shoes. My right foot is wider around the toes than my left, and the 8.5W fit as expected. The right shoe comfortably accommodated my need for extra room in the toe box, while the left shoe still fit securely. Usually, I require lace-up shoes to achieve that kind of balance, so I was pleased to find it in this pair!I ended up returning these shoes because they were just a bit too plain for me. Not that I'm flashy, but there's really not much style to these at all. Even though I need the extra width, I still want to appear at least mildly fashionable when I go to the trouble of wearing something other than my comfy sneakers.

I loved these shoes until last Fall when I got them out to wear and they immediately split in the sole. Took them to a shoe repair to see what could be done. The shoe repair person said that they had "sole rot". Nothing could be done. Throw them out. So I did. After reading all the reviews, I found I was not the only one. It's really sad. What happened to this company? They used to be great shoes and well made. No more. I'm on the hunt for a great shoe for winter that is well made and doesn't cost over $100. Something other than sneakers.

Next time I will order 1 size more.

I just started working again after being a stay at home mom for almost 10 years. I tried many shoes, but these are the best. I’m on my feet a lot and I find the support to be great, they fit perfectly and these shoes are so comfortable. I plan to buy another pair in a different color.

These Eastland slip ons look great, slip on and off easily but stay put while you walk around all day. Ideal for the airport or other places where you need to slip in and out of your shoes. Built well, last for long periods of time, slip proof bottoms for winter in Wisconsin. The fit as expected, a bit wide in the toe box (which i prefer) but snug along the sides. Arch support is ok but not the point with these shoes. Great for office casual.

I owned a pair of Eastland before I bought this pair, the quality of the leather and the soul is not as it used to be. I wore the last pair almost every day standing working on concrete floors in an office, the shoes lasted about 10 years, the thread actually dry rotted. This pair won’t last that long.

I have been purchasing these shoes for many years and buy them direct from the USA to a “temporary” US letterbox and then they are sent to Australia. So seeing Amazon.com.au had them and for cheaper than the USA price I thought I’d try them out. The shoes are exactly as previous pairs, the only issue at the moment is that they are a tad too firm. I will look at taking them to Mr. Minute to have them stretched just a wee bit. Overall I am happy with the convenience of being able to purchase from an Australian site.

I have wide feet with high arch and instep. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit and don't hurt my feet. These ones are extremely comfortable right out of the box. They scuff easily, however, and I'm concerned about durability after reading some of the other reviews here. So far, so good, though. I'm thrilled with how good they feel on my feet, and happy to have snagged them when they were on sale for $55 CAD.Update: I loved the brown ones so much, I bought the same size in black. They’re too small. I had trouble squeezing my foot into them, and they’re painfully tight. The brown ones were perfect right out of the box.

I take a size 9 and ordered a size 9. A little snug but I'm sure they'll mold to my foot after wearing them for a bit. They are really comfortable and I'm really pleased with them so far.

Shoe fits perfectly for my feet. They are so comfortable and love they way they look with jeans. Strongly recommend these shoes.
