The set up was fairly easy once I realized it connects via wifi instead of bluetooth (the instructions give step by step instructions, but I went rogue.) The camera is very clear and it is pretty cool to be able to record what the inside of your ear canal looks like :P My husband uses ear plugs every night, so he has plenty of issues with ear wax. After his last Dr. visit I decided to save some money and try to keep them clear myself. We purchased this tool as well as some drops the Dr. recommended to help soften the wax. I also purchased an ear cleaning kit to fill with warm water to squirt in the ear and keep it clean. Even tho there was a little investment, in the long run it will be easier and less expensive than his trips to the doctor. I like this tool for seeing how much wax is in the ear, and after using the water to clear the wax, checking to make sure we got it all out. I don't think this tool works the best for removing the wax, it is more so just to see it.

Not easy to put on & I still having figured it out.

For the little bit of wax i got out of my ear, this was an interesting waste of money. It's kinda cool to look in your ear, remove a tiny crumb, but unless there's something medically wrong with you and you're producing a massive amount or earwax, this is just a novelty item.

It is fairly easy to set up. The camera quality is okay. It gets blurry and glitches often. The stem is too thick for my ears and makes it hard to get in there. The camera gets really blurry and ear hairs make it hard to see. The scoop is not very useful. I think if the stem were thinner and the camera closer to the tip it would work better.

I enjoyed using this device. My daughter got something stuck in her ear and I was able to look in and see what it was. I had a dr remove it...it was too far in. I did like it...however....it stopped working after the fifth use. Kept cutting off and even when I had it on the video didn't show.

The picture does flip for no reason which it a little confusing. But overall happy with the product. It does what I need it to

Ho provato due otoscopi digitali nel giro di pochi giorni. Non ne avevo mai provato uno dunque non sapevo bene come aspettarmi dal primo. Quando l'ho ricevuto mi è sembrato fighissimo anche se era un poco sfocata l'immagine.Poi leggendo le recensioni di questo ho deciso di fare una seconda prova. Bhe la differenza è nettessima. Una qualità dell'immagine di molto superiore al primo che ho preso, che per altro aveva migliaia di recensioni.Ottima qualità dell'immagine, piccolo e leggero e scaldo pochissimo, mentre l'altro a un certo punto era fastidioso.Si possono fare foto e video di ciò che si vede. Ha anche tue spatoline per la pulizia dell'orecchio che però io non riesco a utilizzare bene, ma credo sua un mio problema visto che non riuscivo a utilizzarle neanche con l'altro.Non do 5 stelle perché il cavo per la ricarica è cortissimo, sarà 10 cm al massimo e non c'è neanche un pennellino per la pulizia, cosa che invece avrei trovato utile.

The app does not detect the device on iOS and wants to track your location.The scoop is not very well secured to the base of the device, which can cause it to be lodged in your ear.The device did not come charged.The rod of the base is quite thick and not appropriate for narrow canals.

No idea why anyone needs this but I think it works well. It will probably sit in the bottom of the drawer for years

I received the product and it worked the first time then the app won't give you the option to view the camera again
