The first time I bought the dress in a size L, because Luzi's chest girth is 19" and it was huge. So I exchanged for the size M and it fits perfectly. They are lightweigh which is perfect for Florida weather. Just for reference Luzi is a min-pin, 12 lbs, 10.5 neck, 19" chest girth and 12" length.

Sadly, even with sizing up, they were too small. I donated to the local APL. My little girl is only 10lbs but the small did not fit her when other brands do. I could have returned them but have opted to go with other brands that I feel more confidence in.

I bought these dresses for my cat, Nala, and they fit absolutely perfectly! We got her a medium and she is about 14 pounds. The fabric is very soft and what a great deal 4 dresses for $18!
