It was chosen for a fusion Bollywood dance performance. Looked beautiful on and off stage. Good quality and shine is perfect.

Got this as part of my Halloween costume. Fits really well, very comfortable. A little darker purple than pictured, but that was ok with me.

This is not a high quality skirt but given the price it is a good value. The gathering is not consistent and smooth, the fabric is bunched up where it is sewn at the waistband in places. If one is going to wear a top tucked in, it won't look so great. Wearing an over blouse will hide this flaw for me. It is a very full flowing skirt and will work nicely for smooth ballroom dance routines. This is a good costume piece but not of ball gown quality; you will have to pay a lot more for that. There are no laundering instructions with it. I have worn it and don't know what to do to clean it. The attached photo is an action shot so a bit blurred but it's an attempt to show the bunching which I wore to the back from the bad attachment of skirt to waist band. It also shows the sheen. I am about 5"4" and the skirt looks short because I pulled the waistband up above my waist to get the desired length.

I am 5'4" tall and this skirt is too long for me. This is not a problem as I can just turn the waistband under a couple times or I could have it hemmed up. The length would probably work well on someone up to 5'7". Otherwise, this is a beautiful product. I ordered red and the photo shows a kind of orange color. I know sometimes the photos do not match the product. I was VERY pleased with the color I got. It is brilliant red...exactly what I was hoping for. The material is also thicker and sturdier than I was expecting. I am delighted with this skirt. I may purchase more in different colors.

I have worn this twice for waltzing / couples dancing. Since I have long legs (5'9), it brushes the tops of my shoes, which I like for not stepping on it in a fast dance. It has a lovely drape and despite its fullness doesn't get caught up between my legs, which I have had happen with other full skirts. I received several compliments on it.

Getting this in the mail couldn't have made me more excited! The moment I opened it, I fell in love with it! It fits me perfectly around the waist, and flows just the way I wanted it to for my costume! It's got plenty of room for modifications and a petty-coat underneath to give it more poof! It's lightweight, and won't make me sweat for upcoming cons! I'm super excited to wear it!

Flowy, not at all weighted at the bottom so will not centrifuge outward when you spin, but still lots of fabric and comfortable elastic waist. I am 5'4, 115# and it was about 3" off the ground barefoot, but would have been to the ground if pulled down hips more.

What gorgeous skirt. The satin is so brigh and flowing.Though it came wrinkled and I had to stay for a long time ironing, it was worth the effort.BTW when ironing I turned it to the reverse side and then placed an old cotton bed linens. Otherwise I was afraid it would burn.I purchased it for a dancing class, but no way. It's too luxurious and elegant. So I'm planning to wear it to go out. At least the effort I put into ironing will be shown off.
