Fantastic Socks
I wanted to make the switch from cotton socks to wool due to the moisture wicking properties of wool fabric. My feet tend to perspire a lot so it’s nice to have a comfortable, well-made sock that keeps you dry and stink-free. These have been great so far.

Good sock weight for me
I ordered a size small in these socks, but I'm not sure if that's the size I received because there was an "L" on the package. The socks fit, so I can't complain. I wear a women's size 6.5, so if it were a large, the heel would probably be hanging off of the back of my ankle. I love these socks because I have a collection of merino wool socks, as I buy them when I find them on sale, in whatever color they are as long as I like the color. I didn't have one that was ankle height and black, which is nice when trying to not look like I'm going hiking. Also they are good for the winter when I want my ankles to not show. These socks are not itchy at all. I say that because wool had a reputation of being itchy in the olden days. How they are treating the wool yarn these days, it's way better, because these socks are comfy. They are not bulky either, which is great as I don't like bulky socks but I don't like thin ones either. I am a bit picky, and these get my seal of approval. Also you are supposed to wash wool items inside out. They can be put in a low/ medium dryer but if I can find them when I'm transferring to the dryer, I just hang them up.

Superior Socks
These are just perfect to wear with my winter boots. Fit like a dream, nice and thin but really warm. Highly recommend for those who don't want to wear bulky socks with their boots.

New favorite socks. Small feet? Great fit!
Super comfy and love the feeling. Warm socks!I've got very small but wide feet (women 6.5 / men 5) and these are perfect: tight enough and not loose like most other brands. I ordered these size small. They also have different cuts available: mini-crew, crew, boot (probably more?). I really like the mini-crew, it's long enough to not fall/be half-way inside the shoe and it's short enough to be enjoyed as every day socks.I also have some Darn Tough socks, but the Minus33 is more comfortable for my little feet. They're my new favorite ones. 100% recommend!

These are the ones you want.
I bought a pair of these about a year ago and they are very durable and comfortable. The Moreno wool blend breaths well, and they wick sweat. I live in Texas and wear these in the summer and winter. Fabric is lightweight and comfortable in the summer but still keeps my feet warm in the winter on all but the very coldest nights. (When the outside temps dipped into the single digits I had to switch to some thicker Moreno socks from another brand.) I like the first-33 socks I bought a year ago so much that I purchased another 8 pairs. I've tried dozens and dozens of other Moreno blend socks as well as silk socks. The -33 wins hands down

I ordered these...
... for Misses Shops too much, who is a Fitness Professional. One of the things she does in that role is to lead a 5-mile hike on a mountain. For that task, she needs nice socks, like these. She found these to be comfortable with the right amount of cushioning, and that they did not slide around in her shoes.Overall a nice garment. While these are indeed a very nice garment, we found a set of three at that local Warehouse Club that sells those rotisserie chickens for 4.99, for less than the single pair price of these. Those also had Merino wool as a significant part of the fiber content and appeared to be of equal quality, but not made in USA.So if there was one thing I could change about these, I would say it would be the price.Otherwise these appear to be of quality materials and workmanship.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision; if so, please hit the "helpful" button below; Thanks :-).I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

One of my favorite pair of socks.
I’ve worn smartwool socks for a long time and these seem to be just as well made. The sock thickness is listed as micro weight but feels more comfortable than other micro’s I have so now this is my go to for micro weight socks.

Great quality socks -- light-weight but thick, soft & warm, very cushiony + made in USA!
These are great socks. I wear a size 9.5 in women's shoes, but since I am right at the end of the size range for these socks in size M, I decided to size up to L, just in case. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I love merino socks and wear them almost year round. I already have some clothing and a few pairs of socks made by Minus33, so I knew to expect high quality. They are listed as light-weight, actually micro-weight, but I think these socks are nice and thick without being at all bulky and they will be perfect for the rest of fall and all through winter. Apparently these feature the highest level of cushioning in this brand, and I certainly agree that they are very well cushioned indeed. They will will be very comfortable to wear with my heavy winter shoes and boots. I prefer ankle length or mini-crew (same as quarter crew) socks like these over full-length crew or mini (no-show) socks, so these are also great in terms of style of sock. They are very well made with a non-irritating hidden toe seam and a deep heel so the socks don't slip down inside of my shoes. The toe and heel are reinforced with additional cushioning. The upper part of the sock has a layer of mesh over the instep. The band is stretchy and has a firm but not tight fit so the socks stay put. I like to pad around the house in my stocking feet, and these are really comfortable and warm enough to allow me to do that. The fabric is just as described with a high percentage of merino wool content (59%) plus nylon and spandex. They launder well -- I wash all of my wool socks in cold water, gentle cycle and follow with line drying. The current price of $18.49 might initially seem a bit steep for just one pair of socks, but is actually quite reasonable in comparison with other high-quality name brands. Plus, they are made in the USA! so I'm very happy to support this company.
