The customer service team for this product was very responsive and earned an extra star. I'm 6 ft tall and so I ordered the 75cm ball. Even though the ball didn't reach 75cm in diameter I'm still satisfied. The base is flimsy but does make the ball a little taller. I purchased this particular ball because of the base but actually I don't use the base and I don't recommend basing your decision on the base. The ball seems sturdy and balanced. I've had other yoga balls that the material is not balanced and has a heavy side. Overall I would recommend this product.

Love this yoga ball!

The description really doesn’t give any idea as to the dimension or the height of this ball . I am 5’ 1”, and this ball comes to about my knees. My last yoga ball came closer to the tops of my thighs, so when I sat on it, my hips were not lower than my knees. It’s a great color and didn’t small bad when I opened it up .

Only buy this if you just need the bigger size ball. I bought this to use as an office chair and when i tried to use it with the base it would roll off immediately. Will be using just the ball

Haven’t used it yet going by filling instructions however it came as stated with stand, plugs and pump. The stand was difficult to put together as it has grooves and notches that appear to slide into the grooves but I had to use my palm to knock them in. The stand has ridges where the pieces fit together it is not a seamless fit. I do not see that causing an issue though. There are no pointy or sharp edges. Ball is thick material and most of the wrinkles have come out with inflation.

The box came damaged with clear packing tape keeping it closed. When I opened the box I realized the air pump, measuring tape, and plug stopper was missing. Definitely annoying. Luckily I had an extra air pump and plug from a previous purchase so I made it work. The stand for the exercise ball doesn’t go together well, some pieces fit unevenly and won’t stay. The exercise ball itself works well, so if you’re just buying it for that, go for it.

This exercise 55cm ball is just the right size and is a thick durable rubber. Love that it comes with the stand to hold it in place on the floor.

Lately, my back pain has been getting worse and I have started having burning in my butt and legs from sitting in office chairs. I purchased a different style for work, but this chair is for my home office and it is fantastic. The base for the ball keeps it steady and it is very user-friendly. Great office chair!

I bought this to use as a chair to keep me from curling up in my desk chair while working, and I've enjoyed it so far! I'm not sure if the base included is meant to keep it still in storage or while you're sitting on it, but it definitely doesn't keep the ball still while you're sitting on it. I followed the inflation instructions and it didn't come out very round, but I still really like it, and it feels well-made.

Bought this to use while pregnant for some relief off my lower back and hips. Has been a great asset, I use it multiple times a day. Usually have to pump it up a bit every 1.5-2 weeks.

This product has helped me so much since I have got it. I use it as my computer chair, and I find that it has been helping to undo tension that has built up over years in my back and shoulders. Prior to getting it I was slightly worried that not having a back to rest on would make it less comfortable, but it really doesn't. It puts your body in a position where you must find a balance point, and when you do, it is more comfortable than having a backing. Your spine is not forced against a flattened surface and must balance using gravity, which is more comfortable and healthier. The context in which I use this product is for hours at a time, and I have only had to re-inflate it once. On that grounds I can speak for its durability. My partner and friends have also gotten one, and they enjoy it for the same reasons. Check this product out!
