A Beatrix Potter Treasury (Peter Rabbit)

Bought it as a gift for my brother’s sons. Beautiful looking book. It has the history of B. Potter. And has a good number of stories she wrote with the beautiful drawings. It will be a treasure for the little boys.

I originally purchased this book hoping to find a picture or two that I could cut out and frame, but it is in such excellent shape that I couldn't make myself do that. It's in wonderful condition with beautiful quality pages. Even includes biographic information about Beatrix Potter along with all the original illustrations, both color and black and white. Thrilled with this purchase!

better than expected. I have my original copy from 1976 that was given to me when I was a kid, to save mine from damage, I ordered my son his own copy. There isnt anything like the classics, and the stories are also shorter for the shorter attention span :)

I bought 3. Two for baby shower gifts and couldn't resist getting one for our granddaughter too. It has all my favorite Beatrix Potter stories I read to our daughters years ago. The size is perfect, the pages are nice and thick. The illustrations are wonderful. A great gift idea. There is a chapter about the author at the beginning which includes photos. Very nice.

My grandchildren have grown up with the baby "board books" of Peter Rabbit so for her fifth birthday, I purchased this full storybook. It was delightful to sit down and see the original illustrations that I recall from childhood. Re-reading the full story provides for a rich experience and will be a delight to sit down and read to the little ones who enjoy my bunnies and have rich imaginations.

I love this book. It's a lovely tribute to the the art and stories of Beatrix Potter. Ten of her most well known and loved stories are in this book with the beautiful art that goes with the stories. The only thing that I would change is the art would be bigger. The watercolor paintings of Ms. Potter are rather small. This book brings back a lot of memories of childhood for me. Thats worth every penny I paid for this book. A real stroll down memory lane.

Molto belli i disegni che accompagnano le storie. Per grandi che amano le delicate atmosfere inglesi e per piccini che non faticheranno a seguire la storia (anche nella versione in inglese) guardando i bei disegni. Consegna puntuale come sempre.

Lovely - original art and all. Took a bit to travel from Ireland but arrived two weeks earlier than expected. Worth the weight.

The book arrived within just 3-4 days. It was packed along with another book I’d ordered in a carton for extra protection, so the book was in pristine condition. It’s a first-rate book, such good glossy paper quality, dreamy original artwork and such a nice introduction on Beatrix Potter and her life (along with 10 selected tales). Couldn’t ask for more!
