Maxell VHS Blank 3-Pack Standard Grade T-120 6 Hour EP Mode /246m

I bought these VHS tapes to use in my Camcorder. I have a bunch of old tapes but the magnetic tape has degraded over time so even if they work, the quality of the recording is very poor. Online is the only place I can find VHS tapes any more and these seem as though they we're manufactured yesterday. The cassettes don't drag and the quality of the recordings is as good as they were when I first bought my camcorder 15 years ago.. Go Retro ( Old School )

Surprised that they still make these. Maxwell tapes have always been good.

I just couldn't make myself pay $8 apiece for the exact same tape that cost me about $2 in 2007. This "used" offer cut it down to about $6 per, a little less outrageous. I haven't used the tapes yet, but they seem to bear out the seller's description as "still factory sealed." UPDATE 2/21: All of the tapes worked fine, and are now filled up! I'm happy to see Amazon offering these new ones for $7 apiece [ordering some now], and since everybody seems to be charging that price, I guess I'll just learn to live with it.

These tapes were defective. I've had a similar experience when ordering the same brand of tapes and I believe others when I ordered them from eBay two years ago. I thought it might be a problem peculiar to eBay so I then began ordering blank VHS tapes from Amazon. Initially, I was quite satisfied with them but when I received the latest batch of Maxells from Amazon, it was clear that I faced the same problem when I put a VHS into the recorder and instead of recording, it got tangled up in the machine and I had to tear it loose to get the tape out. So I now want my money back--in other words a refund of $26 from Amazon or the seller.

I still have a VHS player/recorder that I record tv shows on. It was nice to have found these as I was having to recycle my old tapes over and over again, lol! Seemed a little high price from when I bought in store, but like I said, they are hard to find these days. They came in the time they said they would. Would buy again.

Used these to copy some home movies from my 4k camera to vhs for that classic feel. Loved the tapes for that nostalgia and they are the cheapest option on the market right now but one of the tapes came with a broken reel thus the four stars. Regardless the other two functioned perfectly so I will definitely recommend and even purchase these again.

Hola muy buenas tardes, Desafortunadamente los casetes Maxell VHS Blank - Paquete de 3 Unidades de Grado estándar T-120 6 Horas Modo EP /246 m, no fueron compatibles con mi VCR SONY; Quero pensar que no fueron compatibles o al menos que dichos casetes hayan estado dañados, ya que al ingresarlos a la VCR, los expulsaba, no me permitía ni adelantarle ni grabar. Alguna recomendación o sugerencia ? creen que están dañados o simplemente no fueron compatibles con mi VCR marca SONY ?? Gracias.
