Don't let the stars fool you on the comfort rating. These shoes aren't meant to be comfortable hence my 3 star rating for that, but they are great quality and I'm really happy with the product. As for pain relief I only gave them 4 stars because it's too early for me to tell; I've only had them a few days and I think it takes a few weeks for them to start showing results. Came in a lovely box for gift giving which wasn't relevant to me, and the company seems great too.

These come packaged beautifully if you want to gift them. They have an adjustable strap to ensure they fit snugly and once you are wearing them you can feel them working. They are painful at the start but wearing with socks helps dull this pain and over time the pain subsides.

These are excrutiating to wear. I tried them for a month and they didn't get any more comfortable. I really can't see the point in them plus they are NOT cheap. You are supposed to try them for a few minutes at the start which is very uncomfortable and then increase the length of time you wear them. I struggled to walk for 5 minutes in them as they are soooooo uncomfortable. I ended up having to send them back as they were useless. I suffer from sciatica and they are supposed to help with the pain but to be honest, they made it worse.

decent quality but the slipper is too big, j got the right size but the pressure points dont align at all, spoke to customer service who replied give the old pair to friend of family member and buy a smaller size rather than exchange?

One of the best purchase what i made.Dont get me wrong it does hurt but when you take it off, you feel really good and light. Does help
