this worked great. I was able to put it on my knee after my knee replacement surgery. It fit great and I liked how supple it was.

Works well, but not super cold
I bought this sleeve and the Freezesleeve. This one "suctions" to the skin a bit better and I can walk around without it falling down, but it definitely does not get as cold as the other one. Still cold enough to do the job, I suppose, and would be good for someone who doesn't tolerate cold well. It did not heat evenly when I put it in the microwave, could just be my machine, but I find heating it hotter than it needs to be and then giving it a few minutes to rest on the counter to let the heat distribute evenly and then put it on is the best method.

Best Cool Packs
These cool packs are the best. They keep cold for a long time and help with joint pain tremendously. They fit snuggly and stay on very well. HIGHLY recommend this brand of cool/ice pack.

Hot cold Sleeve true to size
I like the fact that it was soft and smooth, and it did hold the coldness for a period of time for me. My main use for this product I recently had knee surgery and rather than sometimes using my ice machine. I would just place it on my knee and it felt comfortable because it was soft and smooth.

repurposed
Was hoping this would be a good solution for tired legs from sports. Product stores nicely in freezer because it lays flat. It also feels nice initially but loses effectiveness within 10 mins. We found this product works nicer for our little one when she had a fever because of its softness as well as it being cold enough to cool her down versus harshly frozen to put on a sick child.

Amazing!
I purchased this product due to a knee injury and getting frustrated placing ice packs on my knee. This sleeve is perfect as it provides pain relief to my knee via compression and support, along with the benefits of an ice pack. I wear it daily! I highly recommend it!
