Although not an identical replacement, these fit perfectly and, surprise, surprise, are much more comfortable than the original nose pads (one of which the plastic had broken away). I was able to push out the remainder of the broken piece with a round toothpick, then installed the new piece using small duckbill pliers. Replacement of the opposite nose pad took 2 minutes at most as that required breaking the remaining original plastic nose pad.
