If you don't know koya tofu, don't buy.
This is dihydrated tofu. You MUST hydrated again for cooking and eating. This product tastes good and exactly same taste as my childhood. Please research recipes before you order or cook or leave sad reviews.

Not really Tofu
I really liked the concept of a dried , storage tofu. Having eaten real tofu all my life I hoped this product would come close. Disappointment!I will accept it for what it is but will never order it again .

Freeze dried tofu
Freeze dried tofu no matter what you did it turned out like dried sponges the texture was awful and it was useless. Not like the soup packets you can buy with the tofu already in them. Big big big disappointment threw in the garbage waste of the other ingredients.

I tried using it but could never get it soft and edible. My fault? Maybe.
