My 2nd purchase
The bottom strip is a little tricky. I'm used to the shaped ones but they work perfectly well. I use twice weekly for first week then once a week. Don't expect white gleaming teeth immediately. They take time to work. I leave them on until my gums start tingling. I will certainly purchase again.

Immediate effect!
My teeth are quite decent but after years of coffee and tea, I wanted to have a them a little bit whiter. Well after one use of the product, the effect was immediate! I can't tell how long it will last because I have just done it, but at least it's working. Decent price too!

Doesn't work.
Right after use u see a slight difference, but it goes away instantly. DOESNT WORK. And it doesn't stick to ur teeth properly. Strips look different than in the package.

Quite fiddly to use
So a few things, the mouth opener, I had to come and look at the videos because just from the box/instructions I couldn't envision it. I really should have recorded the attempts, would have given a laugh or two.After seeing the video on here I managed to get it in. Applying the strips are a little bit fiddly as they are almost like clingfilm with just a little more thicker.Be prepared for mess especially if using the mouth opener. Ensure your teeth are dry, then apply the whitener strips, they stay on for half an hour. The amount of saliva & drooling, don't do this infront of your partner, it is not attractive! You can use them without it but if your mouth if closed it moves the strips as they are just light strips.When they come off there is a lot of gel stuff left on your teeth so make sure to follow the instructions.I do have sensitive teeth but they were really bad just after one use of these so I couldn't use them consecutively so it took longer for me to notice if there was any changes than some people may. I wouldn't say there was huge pearly white differences but I did notice a bit more lighter & I imagine if your teeth have much discoloration or staining then you may see results quicker.It tastes nice (some of these can be horrible) and your teeth are almost dentist clean feel once you brush after application. For me, all things considered 3.5/5.

Affordable alternative to dentist-supervised bleaching
This set of teeth whitening strips is quite affordable and the set comes with a 'mouth opener' that helps you to dry your teeth and apply the whitening strips. Like any teeth-whitening method, it's messy and and takes commitment to see the course through. I find this difficult because I always find my mouth filling up with saliva. This method has some whitening effect but is perhaps not the most appropriate method for really discoloured teeth. If you have 'stains' on your teeth, I would recommend a scaler set first before trying this. Overall, reasonably priced and worth a try.
