I had to send the first one back because it wasn't working properly and the second one I got doesn't work right either. It's hit and miss weather it will diffuse.

I really do like it. I loved the calming affect and I really like the light with the crystals. But it stopped working on me. I tried to turn it on tonight and it did not turn on. It actually played out. It's on a flat surface as it said it should be but it played out. I will be returning this item. I'm a little disappointed because I have always wanted one of these and now that I have one, I have to return it.

This diffuser looks so cool, but it's poorly made. After a just a few months of occasional use, the pin in the port where the power cord inserts into the device broke off. This renders the diffuser unusable, obviously, because it can no longer receive power. The price is much too high for something that only lasts a few months - if it's disposable, it should be priced accordingly.While it was working, my only gripes were some design flaws: The top isn't easy to put on in the correct position, and if displaced water will leak out. The water basin doesn't disconnect from the base where the rocks sit, though the containers from the rocks do come off the base. So when refilling the basin or moving the diffuser around, the rocks will easily fall out if it is tipped, so you have to remove all three rock containers. It'd be easier if the basin were separate from the base.

I had higher hopes for this product and ended up keeping it just to not go through the hassle of returning it. But my two biggest complaints are the “crystals or stones” couldn’t look more fake. Expected something a little more authentic. More importantly it is a nightmare to open to refill. Many broken nails and spilt water later I should have returned it.

Was nice but the top fitting is a little awkward with the little plastic trays that hold the rocks. Diffuser works well and as expected.

I love the way it goes and emanates a clear room I like the shut off features as well.Edit* I have now bought him three of them and they all burn out and the light stopped working after a couple of usages. I never overfilled it the lights just stop working and I am going to be requesting a refund for the three that I bought.

Loved the look, the 3 crystal drawers and the humidifier. However, I’ve used for a week and one light is already out….as several people have reported. Also, it is very difficult to open the cover to add water…

Was pretty and put out good aroma but not worth the hassle or money. Lid was difficult to align. Moisture build up inside caused water to drip into crystal trays. Moisture also seemed to build up outside unit around the base. One of the lights stopped working. My guess is the moisture caused it to burn out. Returned item for refund.
