Why couldn't you have applied the transfer tape to the decals before shipping this out. Evey other vinyl product i have ever purchased for any application has come as a peel and stick one step application. This however comes with a short roll of transfer tape that i literally have to try to use every square inch of to apply the damn sticker. Very frustrating. I went and bought a separate roll of transfer tape to make it easier. I added a picture. And that is all you get. If i had known about this i would not have purchased this product.

I love it now it is up. Here are somethings to be aware of:1. It is SHORTER than the measurements show it. The pictures show baseboard to crown molding... yeah, how? Mine is 1 foot 5 inches up from the baseboard and the top just touches the crown molding. So, disappointed in that false measurement. My walls are standard apartment height too.2. The "Family" logo and phrase did not transfer smoothly to the paper then to the wall. I am very experienced with decals and lettering and this was simply a mess. So, I ended up throwing that part away and just having the tree.The tree alone is still beautiful and it was EASY and FUN to put up. After it is up though, I am rather disappointed in how drab it looks, solid black and this large isn't the way to go next time I do this.

I received this decal for a Christmas gift and left it in the box for over a year. I had very low expectations when I finally decided to put it up. I thought it was going to be stuck to the paper and impossible to put on my wall. I was shocked by how well it went and how good it looked!From opening the box to completion took me approximately 6 hours but was well worth it! The most time-consuming part was cutting all the individual pieces and then putting on each individual leaf. Nothing was difficult, just took me a lot of time.This decal was different from other decals I have used. There is no transfer tape for the tree, so there was a learning curve. The directions I received were helpful for putting it together correctly (like a puzzle), but not for putting it on the wall surface. I watched some YouTube tutorials and that was helpful. Once I figured it out it was simple.I am extremely happy with the finished product. It is a beautiful focal point to my room.

The vinyl arrived in good condition with instructions and a numbered picture of finished project. Total time from cutting everything out to finish was around 3 hours. I had to cut part of the branches due to the measurements of my wall . I placed the cut branches in different locations on the tree making one side wider than the other and I also made the tree taller. If you are considering making this purchase I really wouldn't worry about the mixed reviews this was an easy process just take your time . The family quote took a little longer than I anticipated however if you dampen the back of the paper it releases , also after applying it to the wall and smoothing over I let it set for about 20 minutes and the transfer tape peeled right off no problem. I decided to transfer my family pictures on sliced wood . I currently have 7 generations of family pictures displayed with room to grow. So glad I made this purchase and I would do it again.

Love it! It was very easy to assemble. I laid it all out before I peeled it to make sure it fit in in the space I was planning. It took about 2 hours to complete. It sticks very well to the wall and my walls aren't perfectly smooth, there's some little defects in the paint, but the stickers stuck great regardless! The stickers are forgiving so if you place it in the wrong spot, just slowly lift it back up and it was easy to adjust it. Just go slow and steady to remove any air bubbles. I purchased the brown tree but I wanted to add some color to it so I purchased a set of light and dark green leaves separately to add to the final project. I think it looks great. I'm a professional genealogist so my plan is to add family photos along each branch to essentially make a family tree. I will definitely recommend this product to clients if they want to make their own family tree at home.

This is beautiful. Great detail in the shape of the tree itself compared to others in mho.I have to check it now and then for lifting. But it is worth it. It took two of us to do. Just a little help when needed from the second person.We overlapped the seams just a little to make it look more seamless.Keep in mind that the measurements include spreading out the leaves, etc... so the tree itself is not as big as i expected it to be... but still a very nice size.I recommend this.

Wow!!! The look on my children's faces (hubby too!) when they saw this up in their playroom was simply in awe, mouths agape and all said, "Woah!" The tree was quite easy to put up, actually, but it took me a few hours to do. The picture showing where the main trunk and branches go was easy to follow. I used my debit card to smooth the decal to eliminate any bumps and ripples. The amount of leaves is perfect. The only time I used the transfer paper was to put the lettering up as that should be better in line than I could do free hand. The adhesive is no joke and I expect it to last for quite a while. Very good product.

This is an excellent kit. I made a huge family tree for my mom's 91st birthday so she can remember her 28 grand and great grandchildren. I mounted the various stickers flawlessly on three 2' x 8' white hardboard panels and then hung them on the wall (for later removal). I rearranged the largest branches to get four equal tree sections representing her four children and did some creative "pruning" to the stickers after application. It was easy and fun. I highly recommend this kit. The entire family loves it on her wall!

I was very unhappy when I opened this package. I ordered black and received white. As white could not be seen on my wall I spray painted the decals in a colour to suit my wall.It looks very nice now ..

It came in too many pieces.This was unexpected. Since it came rolled up, it was difficult to lay out before sticking to the wall.
