Velvet Hangers, 30 Pack Black Velvet Non Slip Felt Hangers with 360 Degree Swivel Hook for Suits, Coats, Jackets, Pants, and Dress Clothes

My hangers were lost during a recent move so I was trying to replace them quickly. I normally used the Amazon brand black hangers with the silver hooks and I loved them. These were a bit cheaper and I thought I didn't mind saving a little money and choosing the pink. The hangers are sturdy and I can't imagine what it would take to break them. There is a slight chemical smell to them that I hope fades. I hung a few pieces on them to check the grip but I am going to try to air them out a bit before using them. They do hold clothes in place nicely and easily manage light silk blouses as well as heavy jeans and jackets. They have an odd residue feel to them. Both that and the smell seem like a fresh off the production line, manufactured sort of temporary issue. I wiped them down with a damp cloth and they felt better. I only chose pink because they were a bit cheaper but the pink is a nice, soft sort of suede pink. The hooks are rose gold and they are just bright and tacky fake rose gold looking. The hangers would have been prettier if the metal part was more muted or perhaps silver. I would not purchase these again but they aren't the worst choice you can make.
