Excellent quality at an amazing price! These are so comfortable. Comparable to high end hotel pillows. Perfect blend of softness and support and they stay cool. They are feather pillows so you do need to fluff them every few days but they bounce right back. I love that I can fold and squish them to whatever shape I need them to be to side or back sleep or watch TV on my side in bed. Just buy them! You won’t regret it!

My husband is amazed that anyone can be so happy about pillow inserts. But he’s an engineer… the word aesthetic is not in his vocabulary. Purchased the 28 x 28 euro sham inserts and they are better than the numerous others I’ve picked up for myself and others over the years, including the ones from PB. I’m not kidding, especially when considering the huge price difference. These have great fill, are competitively priced and easily fluffed in the dryer on medium for 20 minutes. I’ll be back* on behalf of myself and others, and will remain a loyal customer as long as Basic Home provides this level of shopping experience. *Just received the 18 x 18 set that I ordered for bed throw pillows and they’re every bit as terrific as the euro shams. They feel wonderfully squishy, and like the euros, plumped right up in the dryer. These could easily serve double duty on the sofa, not only as accessories but perfect for those lunch power naps or dozing off in front of the tv during golf.

I ordered two sets of two, but only received one set. Like many others, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It wasn't a chemical smell or even a terrible smell. To my nose, they smelled exactly like raw corn on the cob in the husk. Once I put them in their covers I couldn't smell them anymore so the odor became a non-issue for me. They are soft and well made, they didn't fluff up as much as I expected, but overall I am happy with them. I fell asleep on the couch with my head on one of them it was nice and comfy. After calling Amazon, I received the other two pillows the next day. They had the exact same corn on the cob smell. Weird.

They can be chopped perfectly! So far no thing poking thru to our skin, they’re fluffy and great! I am a plopped and I do sit on these but you give them a fluff and they’re back to being fat. I threw them in the dryer like the instructions said and they were HUGE. I thought maybe they wouldn’t fit in my covers but they’re perfect. Get an insert that is 2” larger than your cover if you want the fat boy look. No regrets at all!

Good fill, high thread count covers, no quills poking through, no bad smell. Fluffed up beautifully with a 20 minute air tumble in the dryer.

I compared Pillowflex against PureDown and Basic Home 22x22 inch pillows. I ended the Pillowflex. Pillowflex: Right PureDown: Middle Basic Home: Left Here's how they broke down: Pillowflex - most expensive $33/pillow. But there isn't the crinkle that you sometimes get with the cheap down used in most of these pillows. You can still do the chop with it, and it has some heft. If you fell asleep on the couch it'd be a good pillow to sleep on. The con is that the outer material is super scratchy. Not really a fan, but as these are inserts, I'll only have to deal with that as I change out the pillows seasonally. PureDown - Medium price $23/pillow. I like these pillows! If I hadn't received the Pillowflex first I probably would just use these. They squish, they hold a chop the outer material is super soft. They are great. The only downside is that they crinkle a little bit. Its not bad, and if you've had cheap down pillow inserts you know what I'm talking about. Its a VERY slight crinkle. I have some of these, I like them! Basic Home - Cheapest price $20/pillow. These pillows aren't my favorite for a few reasons. The material is almost air tight - which might be good for staining - but it makes them feel like a leaky sleeping air pad. They take a few to flatten when squished. Also compared to the other 2 brands they were lumpy and really crinkly. I would definitely spend the extra $3 and go for Puredown ones instead.

A great quality pillow with super puffiness. Pop them in the dryer when you first get them for 10 minutes and they are good to go! They maintain their shape, are super comfortable and superior quality!

The feathers don’t poke through!

These pillows would’ve been perfect if they had not smelled like actual garbage. We tried washing them multiple times, putting them in the dryer with a scented sheet, and then let them air out for a week. Even after all that, I would still gag even when being in the same room as them. Disappointed.

After my first purchase I did not hesitate to buy second and third time. I would whole heartedly recommend it.
