I have three led spotlights, this spotlight being the last one purchased. They are all rated as 10000 lumens. This Yierblue model YB1-10000 is the brightest of the three. It has a very bright, very white, focused beam. I can easily light up a tree at night that is at least 300 yards away. I tested it’s water resistance by submerging the light completely under water for a few seconds. It caused no problem with the light. It also floats on water as advertised. I fully charged the light and then switched the light on high beam to see how long the battery would last. It started diminishing in brightness at about 6 hours of use. It was still bright enough to spotlight trees well enough to distinguish large branches at 100 yards away after the 6 hour test. Do not completely discharge the battery, it may not recharge if you do. I fully recharged the spotlight which took approximately 8 hours to complete. To completely charge the battery you need to continue charging for 1 hour after the charge indicator first turns green. It is very lightweight for it’s size, the lightest of the three spotlights that I have. It also has a built in stand that is very useful if you need to use the light as a work light or keep the spotlight stationary on an object. Included is a shoulder strap, charging cord, and a red lens. The red lens easily snaps over the clear lens that is on the spotlight. It is useful to spotlight animals at night without spooking them as much as a white light will. It has a exceptional warranty. I highly recommend this spotlight.

Bright and useful

Better than more expensive spot light, last a long time, I guess rechargeable, very friendly price.One complaint, add a few bucks to price and send with a charger. I am 81 years old, it just come with a flat plug you can hook up to a phone charger if it the right amps, or some how in my Silverado. But dang for Christ sakes now I have to figure that out and find some charger to convert to. If I was a fifth grader they would know what to hook up to but I am not, and they don’t need a spot light in case I break down on highway.

Light looks good, feels good, works good, but the jury is out on how long the battery will last. It is one of the reasons I gave it a 4 out of 5. And the other reason is because it just feels cheap in your hand. I have big hands and it fits good in the hand, it just feels cheap and thin hard plastic like. I am afraid it would shatter if I ever dropped it. The light is not quite as bright as advertised and it has a very tight spot light beam.

These are so light and easy to hang on to, or sit on a table and let the light shine. I've used it in our power outages recently and now my friends and neighbors want one. This will be a great Christmas gift. So bright and easy to use. My elderly neighbor keeps misplacing his little flashlight, but he won't misplace this one!

The only drawback to this light is how easy it is to turn it on or change the brightness inadvertently. Charging is fast and simple. Upon the initial tryout we shined this beacon out into the trees and spotted a large mountain lion staring back at our dogs. Very pleased with the bright output. (3 settings)

This works great! I can stand by the backdoor and see all the way to the fence.

This spotlight does do what it says it will, its just that it isn't as functional as it could be but it does have some interesting and useful features. It appears to be well made too. The "handgun" like design is comfortable to hold and point down range, there are 3 light settings, high and medium beam and flash for an emergency. One pull of the trigger and the light goes immediately to high beam and stays there by itself, another pull and it dims, and if you hold down the trigger it pulses until you pull the trigger again. Turn it upside down and rotate the stand out and it will stand up on its own so you can see your work, however, this is limited as the stand is 3" long, but the rear stand is 5/8". You can adjust this stand and it will stand on the front bezel and rear 5/8" stand, or on the front mini stand so you can point this up or down. The unit charges quickly, per the well written instructions 4 hours or less, and there is a fast charging USB "C" port to power up the unit and USB "B" port to charge other devices so its very useful. A cover over the rear charging ports fits very snugly and there is a silicone cover over the ports to maintain the IP rating. Once charged you can use this as a power source to charge another device, like a phone or other small electronic device which is a very handy feature. The description says the max power is 10000 mAh, so it has plenty of power. The black plastic housing seems very durable, I did not test its ability to withstand damage nor put it in a tub of water, I did let it get wet and it was unaffected. The business end is 4-1/2" diameter with a polished chrome diffuser. A separate red plastic lens is included as well as a lanyard so it is very portable. Physically it is like other light units of this style and type.The biggest drawback and why I didn't rate this higher is that the light output isn't as useful as other portable lights. The light beam is very bright but only at the center, the surrounding light is much dimmer. From 50' it projects a 2' diameter of pretty bright light but this dissipates quickly, the outer band of light is much dimmer, though it can be used to illuminate say the ground area, bushes, etc. around the center beam, it just isn't quite as useful as it could be. If you're using this to spotlight your work, and you don't need the beam to be very wide, then it may be more useful for you. There is no adjustment for the diameter of the light beam, I prefer lights that have an adjustable light beam so that I can dial in the diameter that I need for what I'm working on or if walking in the dark in a field or forest. Sometimes a pinpoint of bright light is just what you need, other times a wider less bright light to illuminate the way.I would have given this 3.5 stars but you can only have whole stars.
