Italian Cooking School: Pasta

A lot of great Italian recipes and instruction on how to make pasta! I bought a copy on an Italian cooking tour love it!

Easy read

I adore this book! The photos are lovely, the recipes are interesting and the layout is well put together and easy to read. However, a good chunk of the middle (page 99 -122) is in French! Does anyone else have this problem? Did I just get an off print? This includes the ravioli introduction, which I would very much like to read.

A lovely book with some really tasty looking recipes and clear instructions.Each recipe has a lovely colour photo.Looking forward to trying some of the recipes out.

Terrible product. Cover is stuck on upside down from contents. Looks like a child stuck this book together.

This is a great book, lots of delicious recepies & also good for vegetarians!
