Feels great after you're over the learning curve
The media could not be loaded. This water flosser initially was going to be a 2 star review. I've never used one before, so when I put the plastic nozzle on and set it to the lowest setting, it blasted my teeth so hard, I almost gave up on it immediately! However, I quickly realized #1 start with the nozzle inside your mouth. If it's outside, you will get a free shower! (Don't roll your eyes at me) #2 try all the different nozzles to find the one you like best. For me, the brush tip nozzles were much easier on my teeth and gums. #3 warm water feels better than cold. After I figured out the basics of how to use it, I was able to experiment with the different modes. Overall, I really enjoy using this after a meal to help my mouth feel a little more fresh!A couple things to note:Pros:Comes with a convenient travel case and fits inside nicely. Super compact for travel!4 spray nozzles gives you a lot of options, so you're bound to like at least 1 of them from the beginning.6 operating modes. You can store 1 nozzle inside the water flosser when not in use. It's easier to remove if you store it tip side up.Rechargeable with included cord.Cons:Does not come with wall plug for the USB charging cord. Uses a 5v plug, so similar to what you use to charge a smart phone.Small water reservoir. You will likely have to refill during usage unless you are quick! It fit about 155ml without overflowing. Can be really messy until you get the hang of it.You can't currently buy replacement nozzles, but the instruction manual recommends replacing them every 6 months.Video uploaded to show differences in modes. It's easier to feel the difference than to see it. Toothbrush in picture to show size only.

Wow!
Think of this as a full-auto water pistol. It empties its extended capacity water magazine in less than thirty seconds. Pull out the magazine, scoop up some more water, and squeeze off some more fully auto water rounds -- somebody is going to get wet.I never used a water flosser ("oral irrigator") before, so I was somewhat bemused by this product. Do they all empty their tanks so quickly and shoot so much water so far? Comparing this to a recognized name brand (and top selling) model--the waterpik wf-02--the answer is apparently "yes". The products are similar in size, performance and price;:the waterpik has 25,000 reviews or so, and, as of this writing, the "bloomway" has just this one--but hey, give the new kid a chance! They may well have been made in the same factory because the waterpik is, for better or worse, no longer made in the country of its birth.I can't find anything dramatically different about these models. They make different choices of portable power (USB-C rechargeable for the bloomway vs. AA-cells for the waterpik), styles of water tank (extensible and removable for the bloomway, integral for the waterpik) and have different sets of attachments and modes: small but solid lead for the bloomway here -- with 6 operating modes and 4 tips it has features more aligned with a waterpik wp-560 model costing twice as much; while the comparably priced waterpik only has two modes (actually pressure settings) and two tips. Whether this amounts to greater functionality or greater marketing gimmickry I cannot say, but it's there. The pressure range is seemingly an unequivocally spec win for the new kid though -- up to 120 psi claimed. This extra pressure may be a tradeoff for product safety; as it seems quite feasible to hurt your gums, or your eyes, at the stronger settings. Are there no tort lawyers in Gilead, no attorneys there? This brings me to my last point: keep this out of the reach of children. Seriously. It easily shoots a stream of water 10 feet down range (and still climbing), and the temptation to use this as a magnum water-pistol would be overwhelming in the wrong hands. I'm not against non-idiot-proof products and this is less dangerous than a circular saw, but it's no nerf ball shooter either. I recommend trying it out in the shower until you get used to it, and to be sure to point it away from your face when pushing the buttons. It's powerful enough to be effective, and with some of the features of more expensive name brand models--like rechargeable batteries and creative cleaning modes--it's plausibly a better value than the comparably priced best-seller.Video coming soon.

Almost great
This unit is small and easy to carry. However the portability is what makes it awkward. The piece at the bottom where the water goes in pushes up to become smaller and packable. That peice pushes up too easily while in use. It's also bulky and awkward. There are several different settings for water flo. But, they all seem to be the same intensity of water shooting that hurts my gums. I would return it. But, I think it's too late now.

It'll get the job done
I like that it's powerful and portable but the aim of the spray heads always ends up with a mess. I must need to practice more. I would prefer a larger reservoir but then the item might be too clunky. All in all, it works and it's useful.

Not easy to use.
This portable oral irrigator compared to the water pik traditional plug in water flosser is not easy to use. Just like the latter, it is best to have the device completely in your mouth before turning it on to avoid spraying your entire face and bathroom walls. Always use them over a sink. This particular hand held device has a clear water holder that is easy to slip off and must be clicked into position without being pushed too far. Water level is hard to determine. Comes with 4 attachments; the tongue cleaner one had me chocking on water. The different settings are nice, but a couple including “dynamic” go through your water supply in seconds. It’s portable for travel, but the device is awkward and heavy to hold and difficult to maneuver and turn in your mouth. I plan to try a different brand of portable oral irrigator.
