Beautiful design strong feel modern
Very solid fan and the way it kicks out wind is amazing. I have this 14 inch on a post, I think I like it the most but I also have the 18 inch and the 24 inch just a solid fan that is built for Armageddon. The functionality of it and the amount of wind that it kicks out is really nice especially on hot days, it moves the air!! I am set for fans If I was to buy more, I would continue to buy this brand, just so well-made.No regrets on the three fans that I bought, none at all. They all look cool, but it is hard to pick a favorite. Thank you.

Good fan for my dust filter
Great fan for the money. Used it for a home made dust filter system I made when woodworking.Really helps keeping the dust down in my garage. Filter at intake of fan keeps dust from building up on the internal components of the fan.4-speeds allow for more control. Fairly quiet for the power of this unit. Hopefully it will last.Update: while fan works well for my DIY air filter, the motor noise has increased quite a bit since using. Hopefully these motor bearings will last…

American made precision
Great packaging and arrived 4 days earlier than expected. Easy to assemble because the fasteners were all in place... even the instructions were precise. The quality of the drum fan is impressive, all metal, no plastic, solid base. It has a relaxing hum as it blows back everything in its path. I love this fan!!!

Great Fan!!!
I purchased to make a woodworking shop dust filter. The fan is easy to mount on a flat surface and is very quiet for the power of the fan. Plans for a rolling dust filter shop fan are widely available and this fan makes it easy.

Quiet, smooth, powerful
Use this both as a general ventilation fan and to remove dust from the room by setting the fan on top of a large cylindrical dust filter - got the idea from youtube.

The fan blows a lot of air, but makes a racket at slow speeds
The fan blows a lot of air, but makes a racket at slow speeds. Not usable for indoor air circulation for me. I'm keeping it for the big jobs. The motor gets hot on slower speeds.

Fabulous quick service!
Item arrived well packages, and exactly as described. Simple setup, just make sure you get the spacers the right way round - there's a little indentation and that goes against the wall of the fan. Within about 2 minutes it's up and running! Excellent stuff. Looks really well made, sturdy piece of kit from Caterpillar as you'd expect.
