D3 is one of the most important vitamins I take for my mental well being and has been very beneficial. I take a D3+K2 regularly. While vitamin D3 helps your body absorb more calcium, vitamin K2 helps your body transport it to your bones and teeth rather than letting it sit in your arteries and other soft tissues in your body. While the advertising says this is made in USA, there is nothing on the bottle that indicates that. I like that this does not contain magnesium stearate. You only need to take one tablet for the full advertised dosage.

I take vitamin D daily and have only seen them as small gelcaps, so I was surprised to find that these are tablets. I guess I didn't notice when ordering. They are about the size of a standard aspirin and are easy to swallow, so it doesn't make much difference to me. They are about the right amount of vitamin D (slightly higher than the 2000 IU I usually take) and the vitamin K should be helpful too. The jar had a foil safety seal inside the lid and a big wad of cotton in the top. Expiration is over 3 years away so I have plenty of time to use them.

This is a great combo, k2 and D are good together and where I live it is important due to lack of sun exposure. The pills are small and easy to swallow and unbroken. They are good quality

This product is gluten-free, vegetarian, and free from artificial ingredients and common allergens. The label specifies that it does not contain magnesium stearate which is Important to know for those for whom it is an irritant. All of this is delivered in a small, easy-to-take tablet. Unopened shelf life is 3.5 yrs on the product I received.The levels of D3 and K are a little higher than the RDA which is often true of supplements. If you are already taking a multivitamin, check the levels of D3 and K it includes. If you take blood thinners, check with your doctor before taking vitamin K. I was given the all-clear, but your doctor really needs to know. This has nothing to do with the product, just the nature of vitamin K itself which can have an impact on blood clotting. If your doctor is happy with it, this product is a great choice.

Sent wrong item… I take D3 & K2 and that’s what I ordered. However, I received D3 & k complex. Tried to return/replace and had to call Amazon for help. Love the brand wrong product sent though.

This combination of vitamins is perfect. The tablets are easy to swallow and good quality.
