Terrible design.
Only been on the wall one month and already starting to droop, pulling the tiles with it. Fitted exactly as per the instructions, it is just too heavy for the brackets holding it to the wall. Looked lovely when first put up, but now it's going to have to come down.

Terrible
The rail description said ceiling mounted , it`s wall mounted . The screws that come with it would barely support a toothbrush holder let alone a 5kg steel rail . The weight on the side away from the wall means it needs an additional ceiling support . I couldn`t possibly have fixed it to the wall with the screws provided . I ended up getting a friend with an industrial drill and heavy duty fasteners to bolt a plinth onto the wall and then screw the fitting to this with 10mm x 2 inch wood screws . Not a happy bunny !
