All I can say is this is exactly what I’ve been looking for! After kids my hair has thinned and is not as it once was. I have tried so many different shampoos and conditioners and haven’t had the results I’ve wanted. I can say that has changed now.from the first wash my scalp felt refreshed when using the shampoo and when I used the conditioner I could actually run my fingers through my hair with NO tangles as I rinsed! I haven’t been able to do that in so long. My hair looks visibly healthier. So far it has been a great investment and will continue to purchase, try it out :)

I recently bought this shampoo and conditioner. I mostly bought it because I am a huge Queer Eye fan and wanted to support Jonathan. I was amazed to find out that this is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. I have very damaged thin hair. After using it, I had luscious, wavy, thick, strong hair with great volume. For 45 years I have been trying different products to get my hair to look this good. I am happy to say I have finally found the solution!

I love everything about this product except the packaging. I leave my products in the shower (obviously) and the shampoo and conditioner bottle both filled with water. Never had this issue with any other product. Just sitting on the shower ledge I guess the water seeped in? Ruined both bottles. I’m hesitant to purchase again unfortunately.

LOVE this shampoo. I've had the bottle for what feels like forever and I still do not need to buy anymore. It is very moisturizing and makes my hair feel soft and smooth even without conditioner (I have very thin, fine hair).The only con is that it's not great for colored hair. I have funky-colored purple hair now, and it definitely washes out more of the color than I'd like it to.

This shampoo didn't stop the hair loss, but it certainly helped what hair I had left to be healthier than any shampoo I've used before. I'll stay with it even when I do, perhaps, maybe someday, only God knows when, get more hair back. It started falling out 6 months ago and is slowly, oh so very slowly, dropping out less. I love this shampoos. Very happy to have found it. Wish I had when I had hair.

Only one star because of how it made my long, thick hair feel dry. Returned it for that reason alone. It might be good for someone with a different type of hair, but my hair is very thick and coarse, and I keep it in great condition. This took that feeling away.

1st, I love JVN so I really wanted to love this set (shampoo & conditioner). Pros - hair feels thick and appears shiny. Sustainable packaging and clean-ish formula. Using the set in combination with the hair milk makes it tolerable.Cons - the smell alone would probably keep me from buying this again. It’s just too masculine for me. But if you like it, the smell is noticeable all day. For me, that wasn’t great. Gives my hair a weird texture until it is beyond dry and you’ve brushed it 100 times, then it’s better. Hair holds moisture much longer after shower (takes much, much longer to dry). Hair feels greasier than normal, to the point that I even feel like it’s affecting my face too. Definitely tangles more, lord help me on a windy day!We have funky water, so it may just be a bad combination for my hair.

It’s a good value for the money. The quality is superb except there’s not much in it. For that kind of cash especially now with the recession go to the store. Just buy Suave free and clear on your hair. I feel the same.
