Very Good DVR at lower price
I used it to replace 5 years old Hikvision DVR but found the quality of picture is at par of my old DVR. There is no user manual. with the product but I found it at online. I faced one problem with this new dvr i.e. didn't get the drag & drop feature of video to bigger screen. Suppose out of 8 screens image is big size for one channel and image of other 7 channels are smaller, now if I want to see other channer bigger that should be dragged and dropped in bigger size part but that can not be done. In the user manual also I couldn't find this feature which was available in hikvison dvr. Except this, the CP plus DVR is good.

Please return the product and refund my money
Send old product, want to return please help . This is not acceptable from Amazon that the product box is new but inside the box product is old one. Not working device.
