I'm very impressed with this product, it really holds your earrings in. So I received my little diamond earrings as a gift from my grandmother. So although not even 1ct. Big they're perfect and treasured. The backing of these earrings were twist earrings. I rarely take my earrings out, but when I do I had a bad habit of just pulling the backing off instead of untwisting them. Needless to say it wore them down and the backing wasn't secure enough anymore. I lost one inside the house and found it. I immediately went on Amazon and read the reviews for this one. I went with a medium since most reviews where pointing towards that. Because my earrings aren't very big to begin with I could of probably gone with a size small, but the medium work amazingly too. My earrings are so secure and it becomes a bit hard to remove them at times, but they're perfect for me.

I purchased these as a replacement to the "screw back" backs I bought for my threaded post diamond earrings. Even the screw backs can (and did, multiple times) become detached, thus, I was constantly worried about losing my diamond studs. I got these......and HALLELUJAH! These backs are the most secure, but comfortable, backs! They were a little 'tight' to put on, but that is what I wanted. Now I can wear my earrings around the clock and never worry about losing them again! They are so secure...I venture to say I'd even go water-skiing with them on! I ordered the medium size, which are the equivalent of standard backs. They also come in large and small. Medium was true to fit. Definitely recommend.

The 7mm earring backs are the perfect size to keep my earrings from drooping without being too large looking. The backs are nice and snug on my earring posts as if they were made for them. I feel secure that they will not slide or fall off. Exactly what I was looking for. I did my research and these backs are a reasonable price compared to other retailers.

I’m amending my review. I received them on April 5, and by April 29th one of the backs loosened completely and I could bend one side without any effort.The backs are extremely tight, if you’re worried about losing a pair of earrings because the backs are loose - this pair is your answer. I can barely get the backs off when I’m trying to take out the earrings.

After losing one back to my diamond studs, I read countless reviews and chose these. Other than being a little tight coming off and on (preferable to being loose)...they are perfect. I found the size to match that of my original back.
