I was so glad to see that Vanderbilt jeans are sold on Amazon. I used to buy nothing but G.V., then that store closed and I couldn't find them anywhere else. I took a chance with Amazon, a number of years ago, I wondered if the fit and fabric were the same. THEY WERE!. I love them. GV jeans have now populated my closet again. I've been losing a lot of weight this past year (not by choice) therefore I have to keep ordering. They've all fit perfectly. They are also very comfortable. They have a little bit of stretch and hide all imperfections you might have.For reference, I'm 5'5 and weigh 140 lbs. I went from a 16 to a 8. During all the changes I had to keep ordering. All of them fit like a glove. They look good too. Because the jeans I really wanted didn't come in my size, I ordered a similar style. I've never ordered petite (which have a 29 inch inseam) nor have I ordered a size 8. Surprise, they fit perfectly. They are long enough to cover my ankles, but not too long as to bunch at the bottom or pass my shoes. I don't generally like long jeans so for me, these are exactly right. The legs aren't very wide, but they are rail straight and a flattering leg size. I changed a lot of things that I don't usually wear and prepared myself to return them. One drawback for me is that they don't have any color choices otherwise I would buy a "bunch".
