My daughter has sensitive ears and cannot wear nickel earrings. She has taken several pairs of her earrings and replaced the hook with these hooks and has had no reactions. She says they are easy to replace her old hooks with these new hooks, she feels they are the perfect size for dangly earrings, and we love the variety of colors. She did say the container doesn't close well after its been opened, as it's just too full, but at least we got lots of hooks for the price. Her only negative comment was that the container should be a little bigger.

These are fine. The colors are as advertised and they were easy to use. I will say I did have to bend the hook down a little bit because they were poking me behind my ear. They were easy to bend down and I didn't have any other problems after that.

Though as other reviewers have said these books are thin, they have made an enormous difference to me. I am very sensitive to most non precious metals, and can only wear my favourite earrings for 2-3 hours before my ears flare up, however having swapped the hooks over to these I can wear them all day. I am so delighted and will be buying a lot more earrings from now on as I know I can use these hooks.

Replaced all my earring hooks with these! I no longer get red swollen hot ears! Great purchase if you want to keep your jewelry but have sensitive ears.
