Very well made. This aqua Bulgarian bag is great! Being able to add more water as needed to increase weight is perfect. My arms are short so I added Gym Exercise Handles to the straps to add length and grip.I am 68 and stiff in my shoulders, back and hips. Mobility, flexibility and strength are my goals.Learning the correct form for each exercise is crucial. Start out with a quart of water until you got it down. The swing around your back exercise (which blew my mind), will loosen up your back, hips and shoulders. Your core, front, sides and back will burn doing it. It's amazing!

I dislike that the wrist straps strangle my wrists and the friction of the strap, when I'am moving the bag, causes brusing.

The bag with the straps on the end only weighs 28 lb when full, not 50lbs. It is very difficult to fill completely as the filling portal is not on an end so air bubbles form. The pump, pumps in air which isn't necessary and pushed water out and on the red / removal port sucks out water not the air bubbles.It is sturdy, does not leak BUT 28lbs is too light for me.

This is one of my favorite ways to get in a quick workout or end a long one. Bang-for-the-buck this is hard to beat!My only 2 suggestions to the manufacturer are first to swap the strap handle system for one with a connector system that allows for interchangeable handles. Second, include measuring marks to help load to the desired weight.

I don't like the weight shift with the water. Other than that it's ok.
