I like that these connectors are relatively easy to de-pin when necessary. They can be tricky to crimp but you need the proper tool for success. The plug and receptacle fit snugly together and have seals to keep connections secure. I used these on my rewiring job of my truck to make long wiring runs more easily removable if needed in the future.

This was a nice replacement for an old plug and socket set used between truck camper and truck. Old set had poor contacts causing problems with running lights. The crimping step is crucial. You may use a crimping tool that is not recommended, but you must keep a tight eye on how the crimp is being formed so you avoid damaging the contact where it is intended to snap into the housing.I think the seller could do a better job with the graphic assembly instructions. A video could take care of it and avoid leaving instructions and videos to YouTubers.So far I really like the solid, precision feel of the assembly, but time will tell.

Great selection of connectors. Easy assembly and tight, weatherproof seal. A good set of crimpers and the deutsch install/removal tool (highly recommended!!) go a long way in getting a quality finished product.

Speaker wiring on my golf cart

They just flat out will not go together. Pins correctly crimped & clicked into place, locking wedge simply will not seat.
