I have had this product for about a year, and I use it every day. I feel it’s just the right size and doesn’t take up too much room. It folds up nicely in my suitcase. It lasts a long time on 1 charge. I like the magnifying side as it is great for tweezing and applying eye makeup. The adjustable light is surprisingly bright. I had originally bought it just for travel and thought I might need to get another one for home use, but it is perfect for both uses.

This mirror is perfect. I love how it folds flat and is lightweight so you can travel with it but is still a good size for daily use. The mirrors are clear and it's nice that it has a zoomed mirror too. When you unfold the mirror it becomes its own stand and it stays very stable when in this position. It's such a simple design but still so cute.

I think this is an excellent mirror, perfect for at home or travel use, with a sturdy stand with option to hang the mirror. My only disappointment is that the charge does not last very long at all. For fewer "Oh no, not again!" moments, I recommend charging the mirror every morning after using it. That way, you pretty much know you won't have the light die on you in the middle of putting on mascara.

This mirror is so bright and with the magnifying side makes it perfect for applying makeup. I love that it doesn't use batteries. It's sturdy and easy to slip between my clothes in my suitcase. Why bother with small magnifying mirrors when you can just take this along.

I almost didn't open this, and was planning to return as I had purchased two mirrors, this and a larger stand up vanity mirror which I really like, so I thought keeping this as well would be frivolous (I already have a smaller 10x portable. light up mirror, but that one is so distorted as it is smaller). Anyway, decided to open the FASCINATE 10x 1x Magnifying Mirror before sending it back to check the quality - I really like it and am definitely going to keep it (the smaller distorted mirror is being relegated to emergency back up, lol).The actually mirror area (roughly 6.5") is the smallest one can go for makeup application with a 10x mirror, in my opinion. The mirror is clear, and the rechargeable light has sufficient brightness in its three dimmable color modes. The fold out stand keeps the mirror very slim when closed, and seems pretty stable when open and it also works well for hand held use.Even though I have a vanity with a standup mirror, I know I will be using this one on a regular basis, as well. This is great mirror for everyday or for travel, it appears to be good quality and at a reasonable price - totally recommend!

Like being able to charge the mirror instead of carrying batteries while traveling

Perfect mirror. A bit on the bulky/ heavy side, but if your carryon or suitcase allows, wonderful mirror to use anywhere. 3 light options, sturdy built in stand, petcect maginification power.

This would be solid 5 Stars but I feel like a Russian or Chinese Judge at the Women’s Gymnastics or Figure Skating Competition for making 1/8 point deductions on a product that deserves a standing ovation and *should be* in contention to medal.- 1/2 Point Technical Deduction for No Carrying/Storage Case: the practical need for one is obvious, so they obviously whiffed that.* I can improvise by insulating in clothing and strategic placement in carry-on or hard-case luggage. Still: room for improvement in identifying user need that was not addressed.* I keep Mine out at makeup station at all times; it’s convenient, and that 10x magnification + 3 variable lighting options to the rescue whenever I have a hand-fluttering, rapid-eye blinking, eye-drop flushing EYELASH In My Eye Crisis.- 1/4 Technical Deduction for lack of adjustable height. The mirror folds, so the angle can be adjusted from there, but depending upon your height, and the detail work + duration of makeup look, it can get uncomfortable.* The usual place on My vanity station is already elevated, so I don’t need to slouch. When travelling and getting prepped for big night out or anything new, beyond what regular comfort level is could be uncomfortable and require setting mirror up higher, since base cannot be adjusted, and you generally need it to sit at a higher level than standard counter height for most comfortable, optimal viewing angles.- 1/8 Technical Point: Lighting Options are a bit weird. Ideally: you want the application light to mimic natural, outdoor lighting so that you can match base/foundation and lip colours accurately. None of the three settings really simulate true outdoor lighting.* My former Partner is Professional Photojournalist and taught Me the importance of seeing any product swatches in true, outdoor light, as indoor, fluorescent and high-efficiency bulbs can distort.-1/8 Technical deduction for not having sturdier option with metal frame and base, at higher price point, obviously. I would have gone in for that vs. plastic and/or resin version, simply because I prefer a higher quality, more durable option.* Comparable products were square; took up too much space; had add-on smaller mirrors with 12x magnification or the rectangular format was divided into various levels of magnification in much smaller areas.So there you go; a solid 4/5 stars, and specific reasons I deducted one star with detailed explanation.For the price point, and portability, with uniform magnification + regular viewing on flip side, I am very pleased with the choice at this early stage. We’ll see after travelling with it if there’s an update.Technical Disqualification: Complete Failure: Charger broke while under no stress, just low quality, poorly manufactured, mass-produced Chinese garbage. 🙅🏻‍♀️Update: 28 July 2023 1:14an - prior to trip planned in less than a week: SHODDY CHARGER BROKE. Did not drop, product; did not pull, tug or handle roughly. Simply put: I noted that materials from China seemed lightweight which can be an advantage. Hate fast fashion, cheap junk toys, and poorly designed products that end up wasting resources, killing wildlife and dumped in landfills. I would much rather spend more money on a QUALITY product that will stand the test of time and not a chintzy, flimsy, POS that doesn’t last three weeks before the charger breaks. 🤦🏻‍♀️

The mirror really works for me. It is compact, I have a choice of lighting colour, it folds for travel and is well made. I’m very happy.
