I ordered this in mid-July and just finished a full bottle. Well, it definitely worked! But I noticed some side effects during the process.I went in weighing 142 in life-July. Now I’m weighing in at 134.5. Not too shabby. My appetite really decreased and overall I am slimmer. I DID change my eating habits to align more toward Keto (but not totally) so I would wager it was more of a combination honestly. However, over the course of the month I noticed taking the CLA as suggested (one gelcap twice a day) I suffered from nausea, diarrhea, and fatigue. The nausea came in waves and at the worst times (like sleeping!) and I frequently visited The Office at least 4 times a day. The fatigue got so bad that I started to take naps with my toddler and began to wonder if I was pregnant. So overall, I like the weight loss achieved but I don’t love the side effects I experienced so I may take a pass on CLA for a while.

I didn't use it right. I only used one pill a day. But I think it helped to reduce my appetite and mentally I didn't desire food at noon or even till 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 in the afternoon. And I did lose about 4 lbs. I will continue to use it in conjunction with the apple cider vinegar. I think it improved my bowel movements. I will keep using it.However there is an offer of a free product on the bottle top. Do not waste your time. The email address that you are supposed to send a copy of your review and a link to the product is a non deliverable address. So I guess they quit doing that or never did that...

I am 3weeks in, been taking these every day. If someone where to ask me if they really honestly work, I would have to say that yes they do! & i dont always remember to take them before eating, so sometimes during, sometimes even after. But my stomach has definately gone down. I am also over 9months in on the ketogenic way of eating, I have read that Safflower oil is not keto, but im not worried about that, im half the size i once was... I do the one meal a day thing. I was very skeptital of these working, but am beyond desperate to loose stubborn belly fat!! As for a feeling of fullness, could not say either way. But they do help with bowel movements as well. Lol So if you are on the fence, give them a try. You just never know. I will be reordering these very soon. As I dont want to b without them.

Did nothing for weight loss

I feel this has definitely helped with my weight loss! The bottle says, "Suppresses Appetite, Helps Burn Fat, Boosts Energy", and I have experienced all of this! It's nice not having the craving for a snack, and the weight loss is my biggest benefit. I do exercise several times a week, anywhere from just 15 minutes to 30 minutes. I also use Apple Cider Vinegar tablets along with this. I used another brand of CLA before this, but this is a better deal. I am almost done with this bottle (just 2 softgels a day), and will be getting another for sure! While everyone's results may vary, I highly recommend trying this!

I am skeptic, I am always hesitant to buy products like this, but I have gained some weight since the birth of my daughter.I am 23 and have an average build, since my pregnancy I have tried to exercise regularly but it is difficult with a one year old clutching onto you. So I thought I'd add some sort of weight loss supplement to my diet to help me feel more like myself.I'm early into taking this pill but my appetite has completely changed. I have gone from wanting to snack regularly (my Italian genes there) to being completely satisfied by halfway through my normal meal (which is a good thing since I can out eat most people. . .) I haven't seen much of a change yet, but it is early on. I look forward to seeing what weight I lose since my appetite has changed so much. I will report back with more information.

This is just an initial review as I received the package just minutes ago. I will post another review after a few weeks of using the product.I was quite concerned after opening the product because no where in the product description did I see a description of the size of the actual softgel and when I opened my bottle I was taken aback by the size of the pill, It is large but does have some slip to it on the coating of the pill so it may go down more easily than I've predicted. However, I don't want to take any changes so after doing some google searching I will be cutting the softgel in half and as far as I can tell that should be okay. Will post an update.
