Paper thin cards. Made it hard to play cribbage with grandma

My husband and I purchased this as a way to deeply communicate since he's an over the road truck driver. We've been married nearly 5 years and this "game" as allowed us to still learn new things about one another. He took half the deck and I kept the other half.

I brought this game on a weekend get away with my boyfriend. A man of few words. Once we started playing this game, we both opened up about a lot of things. He even enjoyed it. Must have.

I had to break in several new platoon commanders and without exception there were communications issues to say the least. These cards changed my life, and my career as a grunt platoon sergeant. Not only did it strengthen the bond between the lieutenants and myself, but it built strong communication and sure as hell passed the time down range more quickly. Also increased flexibility and stamina between a couple of angry men.
