Good knee support
Very useful for persons having knee pain and older it gives very good support for knees while walking and climbing stairs.

Honestly, all these compression braces get loose after continuous use of 2 months. But they serve the purpose. Just make sure you get one size smaller so it remains tight even after a month. Ps: The brace in meant to keep your knees in place and not dangling. So wear it firm and tight, not loose and asking for something to go wrong.

2 knee sleeves - good and protected the movements - active sportman could even continue almost the same level, but carefully with leg and knee movements.. easy to use easy to keep clean.. choosed dark sleeves,, can have loose trousers or gym trousers under.

Provide comfortable support while running
These are great. They are comfortable while providing enough support. I use them for running and they stay in place. I don't even notice I am wearing them. The size chart is accurate. With two in a pack they are excellent value.
