I was happily surprised to find that these are still around. About 30 years ago, they were one of my daughter’s favorite toys and I must admit that I really enjoyed them, too. I bought this set to give to my granddaughters. There are 6 different colors in the set. There are 8 sticks of each color and each stick is about 8 inches long. The back of the package has some suggestions about what to do with the materials. These are an excellent value for your money.

If you've used Wikki Stix before, these are as advertised. These are of similar quality compared to any other Wikki Stix I've purchased. They mold well, hold together well, and don't break apart unless they are intentionally split into smaller pieces. My kids love playing with these, and they are great for keeping them entertained. I've used them during long road trips, in restaurants, on airplanes, and countless other places. Not only do they keep the kids entertained, but they really help with creativity. Unless set designs with some other crafting toys, these let kids really build whatever their minds imagine. My kids have come up with some incredibly creative designs. I recommend purchasing one pack for each kid, they can't seem to get enough of them and are always fighting over the various colors. NOTES / TIPS: 1) These will leave your hands feeling a little waxy, that is normal with any Wikki Stix I've used before 2) These haven't stained any fabric or leather before (but no guarantees); I would NOT recommend leaving these in your car, especially on a hot day 3) Prepare your kids to know that once they squeeze them together, they may not easily come apart cleanly 4) Because of #3, purchase more packs to have on hand, these are a cheap and digital-free way to keep your kids entertained!

These are fun and pretty irresistible, even for adults. If you don't get dirt, lint, or dust on them, they're almost infinitely reusable. While kids will certainly play with these at home, I think they really excel as travel toys - quiet, creative, easy to pack. They take up almost no room. As some reviewers have noted, they will leave a slight waxy smudge if they are placed on any smooth, shiny surface, but this is easily wiped up.

I bought these for my kids (well, the Easter Bunny bought them) because I remember having them as a kid. They are STILL AWESOME! First and foremost, they are truly mess-free. They are basically pieces of yarn covered in a bendable, non-chippable wax. The texture is slightly sticky, but practically no mess is left on fingers, skin, table, rug, couch, etc. Sometimes fingertips have a SLIGHT waxiness to them, but it really is minimal and COLORLESS. They can go anywhere with you and not make a mess. Wikki Stix are bendable, twistable foldable, coil-able, moldable, throwable and REUSABLE, therefore, eco-friendly. They stick extremely well together and are easy to pull apart. My kids make bracelets, flowers, "rainbow burgers," coins, and other creative things only their minds can come up with! BOTTOM LINE: Mess free Quiet Reusable Inexpensive GREAT quality Promote creative thinking Do not use batteries and never need to be charged Buy them! ;)

These are a super fun craft and can be used by multiple ages. They are the perfect size for kids crafts and not too thick for little hands. These are also easy to clean which helps for using with children. Highly recommend for this price !

So the obvious use is for kids to play with them. Great fidget or item that can be creatively used for so many different activities. My FAVORITE thing to use these for is to hold my child's art work up on the wall with. Literally sticks to the wall and paper. Stays there until you take it down. Comes off easily and no residue. Cons: if you have pets, the hair gets stuck to them reasily. So I suggest to try your best not to drop on floor, especially rugs or carpeted areas.

Gave this to my 4 year old grandchild and he loved it. He made glasses for himself and everyone else and tried other shapes as well. Good purchase.
