I received this as a gift, and this is exactly what I want. I have an iPhone 8plus and they work well together. The spring is very tight, so it's a little hard to install. After that, I tried to put it on my camera. The magic is that this phone clip is just as suitable for it. But in fact I won't use it that way... This is the best I have ever used, and the most indispensable in my life, but the cheapest one! It's an important tool for connecting my expensive mobile phone and my favorite ring light (also from here), so my request is actually very high there. This phone clip is exactly the one I want, it is compact, flexible, and perfect for my phone and lighting, no awkward situation at all! With the adjustment of the ring light plus the adjustment of this phone clip, you can get any of the shooting angles you want. I have to add more to some of my other devices.

Good design and great build qualite.

Got this because the ring light I bought didn’t have the camera holder on it already. The only thing I didn’t like is that I kind of hand to figure out how to put it together because it didn’t come with instructions. After I figured it out I still have one piece that I have no clue what to use it for. Other than that it’s perfect.

The phone holder spring-load broke after lots of use with my Neewer right light. I bought this part as a replacement and it was exactly what I needed without having to buy a whole new larger product.

It's does its job, but it easily falls off if you have your cameras on a shoulder harness (wedding photographers, looking at you). I lost it after 2 or 3 sessions and was never able to locate it.

Overtightened it and snapped it in my hand right out of the box. Luckily I have a box of radar detector accessories and was able to re-rig it twistedly. I'm pretty heavy handed but definitely consider the metal options out there.

My ringlight is an older version that didn't come with a phone holder like the newer packages do so i decided to buy my own. This attachment works great! I only have my iphone to shoot with for now and this holder makes self shooting with it a breeze. It said it was go pro compatible as well so I tried it with my brother's and voila! It worked! Can fit inside my ring light or on top of my dslr so i can self shoot with it on. Rotatable with 360 degree movement so it shoots vertical and horizontally. Really great buy for under ten dollars!
