I have very sensitive skin and this mask does not break me out. This mask helps brighten and give an even tone. This is my 2nd purchase and will continue to buy.

I like that the ingredients are natural—more directly from nature—and the container is a sustainable non-plastic. The product makes my skin feel nice.

UPDATE: I have used this product a few more times, and because of my ultra sensitive skin, using this mask has caused temporary redness and heat. I will not be using this mask anymore. This would probably work better for people with less sensitive skin.I tend to have issues with excessive dryness and decided to give this moisturizing mask a try. I do have to be careful with the products that I use because I have very sensitive skin and often become red and irritated with products.The mask looks really thick but feels amazing on the skin and blends in to a point where no one can see that you are wearing a mask. To use this product, you should clean your skin, put a warm towel over your face to open your pores, and then apply the mask. The directions say you can leave it on for 15 minutes or more and then to wipe off and pat dry. The mask left my skin feeling moisturized and brightened. I will definitely continue using this mask regularly. The jar is a heavy duty glass jar and the mask has a lavender scent. The lavender scent seems somewhat overwhelming at first, but fades somewhat quickly. The mask also feels slightly sticky and stiff once it dries on the skin. I have sensitive skin and this did not cause redness or irritation.Overall, this mask moisturized and brightened my skin, had an appealing lavender scent, and the texture felt very soothing.

This stuff smells absolutely DISGUSTING. I couldn't leave it on the full duration as after applying it started feeling like it was burning my skin,ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. Definitely not a good product for my sensitive skin.

The mask comes in a sleek glass jar that looks gorgeous sitting on my bathroom shelf. The mask itself has a creamy, pearlescent texture that feels smooth and indulgent going onto the skin. It has a light, pleasant scent that's neither floral nor overpowering.This mask is all about pampering. It feels incredibly hydrating and leaves my skin feeling soft and supple after use. There's also a subtle, dewy glow that I haven't experienced with other masks. It's not a dramatic difference, but my skin definitely looks a bit more radiant and even-toned.My skin is on the drier side, and this mask works wonders for me. But for oily skin types, it might feel a bit too rich. Also, the price is definitely a factor. This mask is on the expensive side compared to other hydrating masks on the market.

I have used a lot of facial masks and this is the best I've ever used. I washed and dried my face and then opened the jar of mask. It was a very pleasant smell but I did not smell licorice scent. I applied the mask to my entire face area. It was a wonderful consistency that easily smoothed out . Then I crawled into a very warm bath. I meditated for about 30 minutes then put my wash cloth in warm water, squeezed out excess, placed on face & let it set for a minute then started wiping off the mask with gentle strokes. When I looked in the mirror....my skin looked so bright and moist and felt like silk. This mask is a little pricey but the product is excellent and worth the cost. I highly recommend this product. It was made in the USA and the process used to create this product is very impressive. Thank you Annmarie!

This mask is such a treat to use. It smells amazing and is easy to smooth on. I leave the mask on for longer than the recommended 15 minutes. Since the mask has dried, it is hard to remove though. What works well for me is to first splash water on the mask to soften it. Then I wet a cloth and use that to remove the mask. The mask leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated, with no irritation. I have not noticed any brightening however.
