Pre-Workout Energizer Powder, Pre Workout for Women and Men, BCAA's, Beta-Alanine, Amino Acids, Green Tea, Natural Cranberry Lime Flavor - 30 Servings

This is probably my favorite supplement right now. I finally decided I had enough of cheaper pre-workout supplements that I thought was good value. Then I came across to this product on Amazon. I didn't actually have much hope when I bought Red Leaf Pre-Workout Energizer, to be honest. I thought I would give it a shot anyway especially since my wife wanted to start using some kind of pre-workout supplement also. She hated my "good value" stuff which gave her all kinds of bad reactions. Right from the very first use I could tell I was finally using some high quality product. First, the taste is amazing! I don't think there will be too many people who will think otherwise. Second, you can feel it working within may be 20-30 minutes which is quite fast, in my opinion. Third, no jitters - only pure high energy and focus. Fourth, which I find most amazing, no stomach pains, cramps or uncomfortable bathroom visits. I just couldn't believe it. I was so sure this was only a one time, first use luck. I wanted to finish the tub completely to even write a review for it. My plan was, if it doesn't make me want to buy it again, it's not worth taking the time to write anything about it. I have to admit I feel like a complete fool for not listening my body before. What I can't figure out is, how in the world one tiny scoop manages to give energy to someone who is a heavy and strong coffee drinker? I remember some days one serving took me from state when I could barely keep my eyes open to full blown awesome workouts within 30 minutes or so. I can definitely tell you it's effectiveness on me isn't psychological at all because I started using this product with the highest skepticism you can imagine. Aside from its amazing taste, and mind blowing effectiveness, I certainly appreciate not having any stomach issues whatsoever. I am taking night classes and I fit my workouts right before class. You have no idea how amazing it feels to have full confidence I can attend my 2.5 hour classes with no problems. What's more is my wife also loves this product whose little stomach is way more sensitive than mine. This is the only supplement she actually takes and enjoys. In summary, it is unlikely this product will disappoint you. If you know how to read labels and ingredient lists, you will know this product is top notch. If you know (or decide) to listen your body, this product will prove to be a good fit. If you are skeptical, try it at least once and then decide. It's the best recommendation I can give to anyone.

I am still learning about pre-workout drinks and wanted to find one for women. I wanted one where I can drink without any jitters or bad taste and to give energy too workout, without feeling any bloating or giving gas and heart burn. I've tried other before and it was either to bitter or it gave me heartburn. In addition, it seems as I get older I tend to not have as much energy like when I was in my 20's, and 30's. So I came across this one (Red Leaf energizer). I ordered it b/c it suppose to be Natural and also made in the US. As I was drinking it I felt a tingling sensation in my face, ears, hands and arms. I was thinking what the heck is that?! Lol! At first I wasn't sure if it was the ac in my car trying to cool me off due to the heat outside or the drink?. I had to admit I got a little worried there. But then I had realized, it was the pre-workout drink. It was good, a sweet taste to it, not bitter or chalky. It gave me energy but after all, it was my first day trying it. So I have to wait and see in a couple more days if I get energized to give a proper rating. But I will give 4 stars ,for fast delivery and taste. Ok!l, had time to process. On my 2nd day trying the Red Leaf energizer, went well. I took it 15 minutes before going to the gym and it gave me energy. As I was heading to the gym I felt that tingling sensation again but then started to get a little warm, then my energy was going. I was excited ready to workout. It got me through my workout and I felt great afterwards. I like this preworkout drink. All though the price is great, the container is small and would perfer a larger one. But other than that I think this ia a great preworkout drink and I would buy it again. I would recommend this to my family and friends. And this is my honest opinion and I will give it the 5 stars.

I am a 23 year old female and I ordered this because the pre-workout I used to use is no longer sold anymore. So venturing out to purchase this after using my previous one for a full year made me a little nervous. I don't love the heavily artificially sweetened pre-workouts such as C4 (geared towards men). If that is your type of pre workout where you are looking for the full on tingles, extreme energy boost, and a flavor that taste like straight fruit punch, then this is not the pre-workout for you. HOWEVER, this is the pre-workout for me because it has good ingredients (for the most part-that is why I took a star away, I wouldn't say this is as "natural" as they claim). I personally think this tastes very good, it isn't TOO artificial tasting (although a little), and it certainly doesn't taste bad by any means. I have noticed that when I get to the bottom of the container, sometimes my drinks will seem a bit gritty, but this is because of it settling ... not a huge deal to me but something to note. It also gets the job done, I have noticed that sometimes I feel the tingles due to the beta-alanine, but it never gets to where my face feels super itchy which I have experienced with others before. The overall energy boost that I get from this isn't super noticeable. It's like drinking a small cup of coffee (if you are used to coffee). I certainly notice that I feel more sluggish if I do not use this though. The one recommendation I have for the company itself is to put the nutrition information on the label! I know this isn't a requirement for pre-workout to have, but I track my macros, and although I assume it is 0 calorie because of the Sucralose, it is still something I feel should be a requirement.

I've always favored training as naturally as possible and was a little resistant to succumbing to all the supplements, especially the ultra artificial pre-workout stuff. However due to the time I was going to the gym recently (before dinner) and my body's condition (I have lower blood pressure and that coupled with low blood sugar makes bad things happen, like seeing stars way more frequently than I normally would do (i.e. hitting maxes)) had me always a bit tired and lethargic during workouts and it was getting harder to focus, which was a bit of a problem when I primarily do Olympic style weightlifting. I have only used it once so far, so I can't speak too much about the long term effectiveness of this thing. I was bit worried about the jitters that I hear with the pre-workout's, but I really like that this one is more natural and have moderate caffeine so that it doesn't make me feel jittery even though I am very new to this whole pre-workout supplement thing. I have noticed increased focus and energy during workouts, and I was more aggressive with the lifts. Interestingly, it also affected my confidence and helped me to reduce the self doubt that inevitably happens when I am going for a new PR. Mixing it with water was a little grainy, but nothing too bad, and it tastes pretty good for what I can tell. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Red Leaf Pre-Workout Energizer and will continue to use it.

I really love this pre-workout so far....... First off, it really tastes fantastic. Second, I felt slight tingling, but nothing extreme, like I have with other pre-workouts that I have tried. I hate them, it feels like needles pricking me and makes me itch....nothing like feeling itchy during a workout. I used 2 scoops, because I am not overly sensitive to caffeine, about 30 minutes before I did my 45 minute cardio workout. It lasted me through that workout and still felt good. I probably could have done 30 more minutes or gone on to some circuit training. I could also see myself using this as a mid day pick up as well. So far it seems to be good, clean feeling energy. No let down, no crazy spike. I felt energized, without feeling crazy. I feel like my energy level and motivation was an even keeled experience. It is a bit pricey, IMO, but in reality, for the number of servings you get, it is not far and away more expensive. It is pretty evenly priced, comparatively. Now, if only they would get a subscribe and save option, I would love it!! It would be added to my list immediately! Just so a new buyer is not surprised, they container is quite small and is only about half full. I counted out the scoops, (1 scoop= 1 serving), and there is definitely 30 in there. Maybe one or two scoops more than that. So you are getting what is advertised. It is just a bit disconcerting opening a container that you pay 33 dollars for and finding it half empty!
