I needed something in between my large chefs knives and a paring knife. This fits the bill. Very sharp thin blade and very easy to control due to the hefty handle. The flat spot on the handle near the blade for your thumb is a nice touch. Been using it regularly for a few weeks and it’s still very sharp. I find myself reaching for this knife more than ones I have costing much more!!

This is one of my best additions to my kitchen tools really get the job done fine slicing no problems my go to tool!

I got this knife for my young son, who likes to help in the kitchen but isn't big enough to wield our 8" chef's knife yet. I have actually had trouble teaching him to use the rocking, slicing motion with it because it's so sharp it STICKS in the polyethylene cutting board. The handle is big and a little rough-textured, so the grip is good even if your hands are wet. The blade is thin without feeling at all flimsy, and wonderfully, wickedly sharp. My son occasionally catches me using it when he's not helping me and tells me not to use HIS knife.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter who enjoys cooking and finds chopping relaxing. She said it's amazing.

I got this knife based on the previous customer's description...it's as good as described and then some...for a small or medium kitchen is just about perfect..I'll buy again as gifts...
