Ritual’s Multivitamin 50+ is a well-made supplement with essential nutrients like vitamin D, B12, and omega-3s. The criticism on this product is mostly related to the taste, scent and flavor.The flavor is slight mint and not too bad for a vitamin. I’ve had worse! I like that it has no binders due to the capsule technology. Overall, you get good energy and daily dose of vitamins all in one capsule.

I really like the ingredient mix and values per serving. But, I am half way through my first bottle of these vitamins and have been struggling with the fishy burps after taking them with my breakfast. I came here to read similar reviews, and when I went to their website to research I found this:"How can I prevent the fish-like taste?While we use a vegan source of DHA (which means no fish!), some customers may notice that they can taste that algal oil after taking the vitamins. If you're experiencing burp-back, we suggest taking them just before bed or on an empty stomach with a glass of juice."So, I will try this for the remainder of the bottle to see if it helps.

The pill itself leaves a fish task in your mouth for hours.I made the mistake of taking the pill after a couple hours of eating and got violently ill. Take with food.

I wanted to like these as my other daily multivitamin upset my stomach even when taken with food. So when these advertised they were good with or without food, I thought these may be the ticket!! And when I first opened the bottle and they smelt spearminty, I thought oh ok, this might work. But once I took them, the spearmint tasted more like fish oil. After eating, I started to burp the fish oil taste!! It overpowered the meal I had eaten and all o burped up was fish oil taste. I ate again for dinner and again the fish oil taste overpowered what I had for dinner. The gas built up so much in my stomach that it eventually caused me to throw up!! I sent the vitamins back the next day! I pretty much decided from these to take a break from multivitamins!!

great vitamins but out of stock so what is it good for. absolutely nothing.
